Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 16, 2015/07/08) */ I am checking into thisOn Mother's Day it is our busiest holiday and I Have people come in as seasonal work so I take the time to look at arrangement and on most orders we are allowed to do a similar item if we don't have the correct flowers on this order I believe we substituted regular full size roses that are priced higher than stem roses that are listed in picture arrangement and does make it look fuller so I can see the frustration and confusionI believe she did call and try to get ahold of us but as I was saying our shop was super busy and we try our best to get to everyone in a timelyI believe I spoke with her mom on the phone and in formed her that if she ordered online through [redacted] they would help her resolve the issue but I had no idea it was through my website until now and this would of been resolved a long time agoI will be more than happy to refund half $of the arrangement to the customer and I apologize for any of the inconvenience this may have caused and when she phoned into the shop she needed to ask for management and she would of been directed to meWe try our best to make matters better and I hope to resolve this issue Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (4200, 23, 2015/08/03) */ ***Document Attached [redacted] The flowers were $and she got chopped off roses and daisiesI expect the full refund of the flowers or for my mom to get the bouquet of flowers that I ordered that looks like the pictureThis looked like someone picked them from a garden and threw them in a vaseThe person that I talked to acted like they were management so I had no idea that I should be talking to someone elseFrom the pictures included you can see this isn't even closeIn the end, she either needs to get new flowers which was promised the first time or I want the full refundThanks

The flowers were $39.99 and she got 3 chopped off roses and 5 daisies. I expect the full refund of the flowers or for my mom to get the bouquet of flowers that I ordered that looks like the picture. This looked like someone picked them from a garden and threw them in a vase. The person that I talked to acted like they were management so I had no idea that I should be talking to someone else. From the pictures included you can see this isn't even close. In the end, she either needs to get new flowers which was promised the first time or I want the full refund. Thanks.
