I was not offered a replacementI was told they would come pick up the flowersI would have to pay them to come pick them upI have emails that say they will only come pick them up if I pay them to do soI only called the actual flower shop two timesOnce to verify the arrangement that was ordered and once to get the number to their customer service department and then I only ever spoke to their customer service associate Rose one time? Never againI have phone records and emails from their employee Rose where she writes that she will refund me everything minus the delivery feethese are all time stamped within hours of the flowers being deliveredWhen I took the time to calm down because yes I was emotionalI emailed back and the story completely changedI am not asking for a full redund I am asking for what was offered to me ( and what I have documented via emails ) by their customer service departmentI don't think it is unreasonable to accept what was offered to me when their employee agree that what was delivered to me was not what was ordered.? I was not unreasonable then and I am not being unreasonable nowYou offered me a partial refund and I've accepted that I now I am asking you to do what you offered when you emailed meRefund me he cost of the bouquet minus the delivery feeThat is what customer service isYou offered an " unreasonable & emotionally unstable" woman a partial refund and I've accepted it.? review star rating 4/8/I am very frustratedI ordered from Flowers on Base because they said they could deliver to the lodge on a military base my wife was staying in another countryWell, my wife got a call the day it was supposed to be delivered that she needed to go to a flower shop off base and pick them upI could have had her go to a local flower shop myself and not pay extra fees ordering from the states if it couldn't be deliveredThey lied to me and took my moneyI went with Flowers on Base because they would deliver to that base, I spoke to them on the phone to confirmLies! My wife was post call after a hour shift getting ready to sleep and got the call that she needed to drive off base and pick up the flowersNot cool! I contacted Flowers on Base and all they could say was, I am sorryThey would not even refund the delivery fee I paidThey said the delivery fee was not for delivery and that it was for international feesNot what the receipt saysWell, I ordered from them specifically because they said they could and they didn't deliverAvoid the lies and forget getting any money backI should have just ordered from the local shop and had one of her co-workers pick them up and put them on her deskMilitary families separated for months and months and you try to keep the love and romance alive from around the globe and Flowers on Base just lies and takes your money and ruins itThanks for messing up a sweet gesture for my wife's birthday and doing nothing about it

Spoke with customer and accepted complete order to be redeilivered on Feb 21, 2018, Customer was sent the original order & recipient kept flowersNew order was sent Feb 21, w/chocolatesOrder [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I was told by the business via email dated May 8th "We have requested a signature on this order as the driver said it was delivered." This however was informationThe product was never deliveredLying to a customer is not a proper way to run a businessAfter realizing their mistake and many complaints on my end, I received a refund, but only weeks after the initial attempt to give a gift to a grieving friend and many complaints to not only the company but to the Revdex.com as well my bankThe business claimed it was a 'computer error.' Blaming a human error on a computer is a weak attempt at customer serviceAnd lying that a 'driver' said the product was delivered was a claim that clearly did not happen

I was told they would come pick up the flowers. I would have to pay them to come pick them up. I have emails that say they will only come pick them up if I pay them to do so. I only called the actual flower shop two times. Once to verify the arrangement that was ordered and once to get the number to their customer service department and then I only ever spoke to their customer service associate Rose one time.  Never again. I have phone records and emails from their employee Rose where she writes that she will refund me everything minus the 20 delivery fee. these are all time stamped within hours of the flowers being delivered. When I took the time to calm down because yes I was emotional. I emailed back and the story completely changed. I am not asking for a full redund I am asking for what was offered to me ( and what I have documented via emails ) by their customer service department. I don't think it is unreasonable to accept what was offered to me when their employee agree that what was delivered to me was not what was ordered. I was not unreasonable then and I am not being unreasonable now. You offered me a partial refund and I've accepted that I now I am asking you to do what you offered when you emailed me. Refund me he cost of the bouquet minus the delivery fee. I am very frustrated. I ordered from Flowers on Base because they said they could deliver to the lodge on a military base my wife was staying in another country. Well, my wife got a call the day it was supposed to be delivered that she needed to go to a flower shop off base and pick them up.
I could have had her go to a local flower shop myself and not pay extra fees ordering from the states if it couldn't be delivered. They lied to me and took my money. I went with Flowers on Base because they would deliver to that base, I spoke to them on the phone to confirm. Lies!
My wife was post call after a 24 hour shift getting ready to sleep and got the call that she needed to drive off base and pick up the flowers. Not cool! I contacted Flowers on Base and all they could say was, I am sorry. They would not even refund the delivery fee I paid. They said the delivery fee was not for delivery and that it was for international fees. Not what the receipt says.
Well, I ordered from them specifically because they said they could and they didn't deliver. Avoid the lies and forget getting any money back. I should have just ordered from the local shop and had one of her co-workers pick them up and put them on her desk.
Military families separated for months and months and you try to keep the love and romance alive from around the globe and Flowers on Base just lies and takes your money and ruins it.
Thanks for messing up a sweet gesture for my wife's birthday and doing nothing about it.
