Review: Incomplete service & unprofessional manner.I was quoted a price for items which I didn't receive. The [redacted] has repeatedly said that she would send me a detailed receipt as well as a refund for the items she didn't include (decorations, types of balloons). I've repeatedly asked her to send me a summary of charges and have asked her what happened to the other balloons and decorations which she included in her original price quote and she refuses to do so. She took advantage and she's obviously scamming us.Desired Settlement: Full refund.
