In April sofa and chairs were deliveredThey all had dirty fingerprints all over them and a poorly made arm on sofa

We ordered a sofa and two chairs in early FebruaryThey came early AprilThey were delivered dirty and not wrapped and was put together poorly one one side of the sofaThey have hand prints, dirt and a broken leg on themMy local LZB was calledThey sent someone out to clean the fabric...it left yellow spotsThey ordered the repair parts in beginning of April after the cleaning debacleTold me it would be two weeksThey're coming today...two months later to pick them up for repairThis has been the worse experience everI bought from LZB because I had been happy in the pastNo more and I will tell others not to buy from youI've paid for something that was delivered incorrectly and now I'm out of a sofa and two chairs for God knows how longThese items were not inexpensive and I paid for fabric warrantyI told the servi

The sofa & two recliners delivered from La-Z-Boy had multiple flaws & were of a substantially inferior quality than portrayed on the showroom floor
