Review: I completed an online order for floral gift (confirmation number [redacted]) for delivery on Valentine's Day, 14 February 2014, and the gift was never delivered. All attempts to resolve the issue with the business have resulted in my being told to call back some other day and speak to "[redacted]", who never seems to actually be working no matter which day I call.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full order refund of $73.73

Response:

We are sorry that this order was not received. In order for us to track the order we will need the last name and address of the recipient as well as the last 4 numbers of the credit card. This way I can see if theedit card was processed on the 6th or 7th for the stated amount. If in fact the order did not get delivered and the card was processed we will of course give a full refund. At this point I do not know of any order tat came back or not delivered but with over 150 orders on Valentines things do happen. We did over the holiday get quite a few cards that were declined. In that event we made every attempt to contact by phone or email but there are some orders that we were never able to process due to no response from the sender. Unfortunately our website is dictated by Teleflora and people do not understand that just because they send the order and get a confirmation number from Teleflora that does not always mean that the credit card is processed. This holiday this posed quite a problem. The website does not ask for the 3 number security code on the back of the card. Without it about 25% of orders will not go through. Please get back to me asap with the necessary information and I will try to track the order. As the customer was told I am not always in the shop but can be reached by email.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that I was the one who made an error. I had received an order confirmation number and assumed the order was complete, however I did a complete check of my bank account and find that I was never charged for the product/service. Though I am disappointed in the broken ordering system, I must withdraw my original complaint as there was no charge for the order. I also wish to apologize to the business and to the Revdex.com for not researching more thoroughly before making the complaint.

I wish I could put zero stars, THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO EVER BUY FLOWERS. I put my order in and then got a confirmation email that it went through and I work at a hospital so I do not get to check my calls or voicemails often and I work 7 days a week and I got a call yesterday that my card didn't go through which is impossible because I put all correct information and I had more than enough money in my acct. so I literally just called and was leaving a voicemail when a older lady picked up the phone and I was explaining my frustration that it doesn't make sense to get a confirmation that everything went through when it didn't! She kept talking over me and I politely said "okay, please quit talking over me" and she had the audacity to tell me to "SHUT UP" I then responded with well I am going to yelp you have a lovely day. I'm still in utter shock that I was told to shut up when I was not being rude or uncooperative in any way. This place has no class, HORRIBLE customer service, and misinformation. I wish I would've taken a look at these yelp reviews before. I hope they don't charge my card out of spite. I wouldn't go here if my life depended on it. P.s she just called and left me a voicemail saying that it's not their fault that I have bad credit and I don't pay my bills. Lady, I'm a veterinary assistant/receptionist and you work at a floral shop, enough said money wise. This place has no class

Review: I ordered flowers to be delivered on 2/14/14. My wife called and said the delivery person would not wait. These were supposed to be delivered to the Franchise Tax Board in Sacramento Ca . Before I could even ask why the delivery person did not wait for my wife to come from her office the flower shop calls and says my money has been refunded before I could even ask where she could go to pick them up at what address since they were not delivered as promised on Valintines Day. I will never do business with a flower shop that does not want to satisfy a new customer. I have been a delivery person fo the last 30 years and I have always went the extra mile for my customers and my well know company. I do remember this order. We made and attempted delivery. The driver was told by security that the recipient was in a meeting and he would have to wait as security will not allow the flowers to be left. The driver waited HALF HOUR on a day that we had 154 deliveries. He could wait no longer and at the end of day returned the flowers. Because it was a 3 day weekend coming up I refunded all the money to the customer as we would be closed for 3 days. I talked to the sender who cussed me out with bad language I then called the recipient to explain that we could wait no longer. This is an ongoing problem with many local florists delivering to state buildings and I know many who will no longer even attempt a delivery. I feel under the circumstances of the day we could only refund the money

I am rejecting this response because:on 2/14/14 I was called by Flowers Unlimited and was only told I was getting a refund and when tried to ask why I was told ur money will be refunded and that's all the explanation I received. I responded with what the hell kind of business people are they. Now I'm told they really did not want to even to deliver to the Franchise Tax Board, so why did they even take the order knowing it was addressed there. I could have used some other reliable floral service for valentines day. My money has been refunded but only after two withdraws of 46.60 on 2/12/14 for one order. Then one refund of 46.60 on 2/12/14 and two different amounts of 40.00 and 6.60 on 2/18/14. Regardless I will never use Flowers Unlimited our refer them to anyone at anytime in the future. I'm satisfied I received a refund.
