I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], Today Floyd Creaser is fixing the charcoal canister (that we had to get another mechanic to tell him that was the problem), but we are still looking to get back from Floyd Creaser $271.14 from the work we had done at [redacted] Automotive. Because Floyd was not cooperating with us until we got another estimate to let him know what was wrong with the car.
