This is in response to the complaint id # [redacted] on 10/19/by [redacted] We repaired the list of items that were given to us by there mechanics "point visual inspection" of our vehicle, we have all receipts for the repairs we did and the customer was still not happy with the vehicle so we refunded all their money in fullWe resold the vehicle in less than hours to someone else for $more and they absolutely love it and have had no complaints at allI had no problem with fixing the truck or giving them another vehicle or returning their money, which is what they chose to doRichard [redacted] , Owner , V&V Motor Cars

refunded all their money in full. We resold the vehicle in less than 12 hours to someone else for $800 more and they absolutely love it and have had no complaints at all. I am writing in response to a complaint ID#[redacted].  Customer name is [redacted].  We sold her a 2005 Chevy Cobalt 4 dr white VM#[redacted] for the sum of 4995 & NYS Sales Tax, we let her put down $2,500. and gave her 14 months to pay the balance in payments of $210.00 a...

month no interest.  Car was picked up on 5-3-15 mileage was 121,700.  A couple days later she called us about a check engine light, we told her to stop by we will check the code & make appointment to fix it if needed.  1st time we repaired the 02 sensor, but within a week the light came on again for the same code.  We came to find out that the auto part shop sold us the wrong 02 sensor, we then replaced it with the right one.  Everything was fine until a few weeks late he dashboard gauges were going on and off.  She brought it back and we discussed that the power wire to the alternator was corroded and frayed.  We put a new wire on and I took a picture with my cell phone of the old wire while it was still on the vehicle before we replaced it so that I can show her where the problem that we found was, and explain to her, it was a definite problem that we thought was causing her trouble, but it turned out a couple days later t was doing the same thing again.  So after some research on the web about similar problems that other people had with the same systems we were told to change the transmission control module, which I bought used and had to have it "flashed" at car quest auto parts prior to installation.  We installed it and I again explained to her in detail what we did and even wrote it down on a note pad for her.  I also gave her the old part so she can see exactly what it was that we changed.  She picked up the vehicle and right away it was doing the same thing.  She again dropped the car off to us which by the way the mileage read 123,228 so she did drive the car 1,528 miles while she owned it.  I told her she had 3 options.  I could give her all her money back in full, or let her pick out a different vehicle or she can let us keep the car till we can figure out how to fix it.  She wanted us to give it one last try, so now were changing the entire PCM in the vehicle to see if that will work, if not I will give her her money back, no problem, or a different car if she wants.  e have never given her a hard time, or charged her any money to fix her car.  Whatever we have to do to make this right, we will do no problem!
