This is the first I have heard of this problem. The e-mail says that this is the 2nd notice; however, for some reason we did not receive the 1st notice. I was unaware that Mr*** had a problem and when I asked my Manager about it, she too was unaware there was a problem.
I looked at Mr***'s customer history and am only able to find one invoice for this mower totaling $212.71. There are no blades on this invoice. I am a little confused about what happened based on the customer's statement. I would love to talk to Mr*** and get a better understanding of the situation. We will be more than happy to make things right once we are clear on the problem. Please feel free to call me on my personal mobile phone at (706)681-4943.

We would recommend Capital Asphalt to anybody , business or private. The whole team turned up and got to work on our drive in August. We couldn't believe the preparations that went into the first day. Nothing was too much trouble, even though we altered the plans. Even when the bosses where away the team were still hard at it. Thank you Capital Asphalt and team for a wonderful drive.

People! please understand that if you want the worst service ever, this is the place. how many negatives do you need to read, before you see for yourself, that these employees have a lack of communication. Don't get me wrong the product they sell is top notch, but the people running the place stink. This is what happen to me, I brought in my riding lawn mower two and a half months ago for repairs. They keep it for about 3 weeks, before I call to see the progress on my mower, they never call me to inform me that they did not have the Model number and they said that being that the mower did not have the model number on it that they could not work on it. Also to come and pick it up the mower, that there will be a charge of $ 20 for giving me what is wrong with the mower. I told them that I know what's wrong with my mower, but I did not want to work on it myself and told them that I will come down on Saturday to talk to them. Once I got there I stated to them that I have the Model number and serial number for the mower. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ask if they could continue to repair it. they said ok, now with the Model number. Now a month and 2 weeks has gone by so I call Friday, (yesterday 05/20) and someone said, Yes it ready and it was ready Tuesday of this week. They never call my cell phone, which they have this in there computer. this is the second time they fail to call. To top this fiasco, when I got there they stated that they had lost my service order and that the mower was not worked on. You can't imagine how I felt. RAGE!!!! I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW THE OPERATED THIS STORE. I WILL START WITH CORPORATE, ALL MEDIA, FACE BOOK!!!!

The team at Capital Asphalt is top notch. They are very conscientious, communicative and courteous. They did a top quality job in paving my long country laneway with considerable attention to detail. I was always kept informed of their progress and they provided detailed advice for maintaining their great job.
