Floyd Moreno Painting

Very disappointed in the quality of work. Color did not match, Floyd said he would take care of it, then never returned calls. Workers didn't seem like they knew what was supposed to be done, and didn't have basic painting supplies. I could hear them calling him and complaining about ot getting paid. Veru unprofessional.

Review: The work is not finished as they promise to come back later to finish the laundry room floor which they didn't, so I filed a claims on them the inspector from Allstate said the floor was still wet & done wrong, plus they charge me to much money the claims office showed on the statements on the amount that was not correct.Desired Settlement: Redo my laundry room all over to do it right or give back some of the money for the damaged & job that was not finished correctly.

Review: [redacted] entered into a contract to complete certain painting tasks at my home. After I paid him in full, flaws became apparent in part of his work. I contacted him and asked him to repair the door in question. His employee came to do the work, but when I tried to open my door, the paint stuck to the weatherstripping, damaging the surface. I called multiple times after that, asking him to repair it. He promised several times to send someone on a given day, but no one came. Mr. M[redacted] will not return my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. M[redacted] to send someone over to repaint my front door. I would like the person to come on the day promised.
