###-###-#### is number on my billing statement so they should have address through statement of where money was sent or to account

Review: I ordered 20,034.18 in product, was informed by the owner of the company [redacted] Floyd to wire transfer asap. I did, only to find out the she stopped shipment and had it returned to her and has not returned my money. I have sent her multiple messages an she still has not returned my money. She has had multiple recalls by the FDA on her products but never reimburses the distributors for the products she sold them so they have to take a loss. When she terminates your contract and you have over $15,000 in product she demands you to stop selling any of the product you purchased. If you dont she tells customers you are selling fake and tainted product. She will not let you get your money back from the product you have purchased and you are not allowed to sell it. Even though it is product you purchased directly from Floyd Nutrition.Desired Settlement: I want my money back 20,034.18 back and for her to have to reimburse all distributors for the loss of sales due to product she has had recalled because of tainted product with banned drugs. To reimburse me for the money I have tied up in banned products that she has sold to me.

Review: On August 1 I ordered a product from Floyd Nutrition's website. The order amounted to $79 for which I have a receipt for. After about two weeks of having not received the package, I emailed the company about it as they do not have a telephone number to reach them at. I received no response and emailed them again twice the next week. Still to this day after two months of ordering the package, I have not received it and the $79 was taken out of my account on August 2, 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the order I placed for two bottles of the company's Slim Trim U product. If this is not possible then I want a full refund.

Review: In March of 2014 I ordered 5 bottles of [redacted] a bee pollen dietary pill for weight loss. I received my order on time and began taking them as prescribed as I have been taking them for 2 years or less and had lost 30 plus pounds...as I began to take the ones I received online I started gaining weight back. My daughter had ordered from same company online and did not receive her order and filed with Revdex.com.org and was refunded her money. I went online to order some more and called my friend who is the owner of tanning salon where I had purchased the ones I lost weight with and she said the distributer who she gets them from she can no longer get the [redacted] as they MIA? I have gained back all my weight and realized that I was scammed and my pills I ordered offline were not from the original company but from someone posing to be. The phone number on my package that I still have is ###-###-#### when calling this number I get a oil and gas company.Desired Settlement: I would like my $225.00 refunded and compensation for having to restart my weight loss with original BEE POLLEN / [redacted] double back refund of total of $450.00 I have pictures to prove and bank statement to prove I was sent phony pills

Review: I have placed two orders with this company and know a couple other people who have placed orders with this company. The first order I did not have any problems. However, the second order I received incomplete and when researching came across some minor inconsistencies. Below is what I ordered: I ordered #2 of the 2 packs of Slim Trim U and only received one of them. I did receive the complete order of Fat Zero. The email I received from the company after purchasing the product online says to call with any questions about the order. Interestingly, theres no phone number in the email from the company nor on the website.??? The only number listed is a Fax number and you cant call a fax. The only way I could find a phone number was to select the floydnutrition.net link from the floydnutrition.com website. After finding a phone number to call, interestingly yet again, that number said it had been temporarily disconnected.??? Yet another inconsistency, in the email, the company states to call them with any questions during their business hours (which are PST) but yet their business address is EST...doesn't really make sense. The email I received after purchasing the product stated to send emails for questions about the order to [redacted]. Since I had a problem with my order and could not find a phone number to actually call, I sent an email to [redacted] and Cc [redacted] (yet another inconsistency) and never got a response.I originally purchased this product from a local representative in the town I live. The website I ordered the products from was the one listed on what I purchased from the representative and what was on the material I was given about the product. Why would I have questioned this company if that's where my rep gets stuff from and I previously purchased products from them without a problem.Desired Settlement: My purchase included 2 sets of 2 bottles of Slim Trim U (of which I only received 1) and 2 bottles of Fat Zero. I would like either the products sent to me that did not get shipped with the original order or a refund for the amount of the products not shipped.

Review: I purchased two bottles of an herbal supplement called ZXT Gold from Floyd Nutrition on 6/11/13 for the price of $79.00. Very shortly after I received the bottles, I discovered a news article on NBC News' website that described a warning from the US FDA about herbal supplements similar to the ones I had purchased. The article mentioned two other supplements offered by Floyd Nutrition and said that these supplements contained two banned pharmaceutical drugs that have been pulled from the market because of serious health risks. One of the controlled substances is sibutramine which has been shown to cause heart attacks and strokes. The other is phenolphthalin which was pulled from the market because it was shown to cause cancer. Obviously, the presence of these drugs is not shown on the label of the bottles and no mention of them is on the company website. I researched further and found that the Canadian government had done research in 2012 on the specific type of supplement that I bought and found that ZXT Gold did in fact contain these two dangerous drugs.

After learning this, I decided to return the bottles I purchased and ask for a refund since the bottles were unopened and were still sealed in plastic. I emailed the company and asked how I would go about returning unopened bottles if I no longer had the receipt or the confirmation email. They promptly replied in an email that stated that if I provided my name, address, what I purchased etc., that they could look up my transaction to confirm my purchase, and if did, I would then be instructed on how to return the bottles for a refund. I provided the information in full and also included my concerns about their product as to why I was returning it. Unfortunately, the next response I got was simply an attempt to assure me that their products were "safe." I was not given instructions on where to send the bottles. I replied once again asking for such an address and reminded them that I was not interested in a debate about the safety of their products, I simply wanted a refund. They replied again with more vague claims about the safety of their products and then told me that I could exchange the bottles for a different product, but no refund would be given. And again, they failed to provide an address as to where I could send the bottles. I replied again explaining that I was assured in their very first email that a refund was offered if I provided the necessary information, and that even if I wanted to exchange them, an address to send them was not provided. I then asked for the name and phone number of a manager or person in charge that could help resolve this matter. That was about a week ago an I have not gotten a reply.Desired Settlement: A refund of $79.00

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Regards,

Review: I ordered product from this company on July 8, 2014 and used my bank debit card which was charged on the same day for $70.00. I have yet to receive product. The business website is down and the number listed is a non-working number. I have never had a problem with this company in the past and have always been able to get in touch with them and received product shortly after ordering. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. The product in question is bee pollen dietary supplements.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund of the full amount paid which included shipping charges or I would like a the product to be delivered.
