For about a year or two had a wonderful relationship with Tower Credit, would praise how they would work with you boy did my tune changeI was a client of there's and came across some hard times I spoke with them and I thought they were working with me since I had an agreement to pay every week which I didI got off late on a day I was suppose to bring a payment and was going to take it when they re-opened Monday, never got that chance on Sunday they had someone come out to take my carI did not sign a Voluntary repossession form and they had not gotten a court order, things I found out they should have done after this ordealAbout days later I was supposedly served papers for a deficiency judgement caseI would like to point out I was never sent any notices regarding my right to redeem the car, if they decided to sell the car, if they sold the car, or any calculations of the deficiency balance again all things I found out they should have done after this ordealThe judgement was awarded and that was okay I messed up I owed them understandable what is not understandable is the amount that they got the deficiency judgment for, it was literally 3x what the loan was for which I found out on my own by calling the constableSo to sum it all up Tower Credit are some horrible people taking advantage of people who fall on hard times

The first two meetings with Donn were to discuss what types of window treatments we wanted. We changed our minds many times but Donn remained patient and gave us some great suggestions to help us get the look we wanted at the best price. At the end of the second meeting, Donn took final measurements and was very upfront with us about the length of time it would take for the window treatments to be custom made (about three weeks).
Donn's bid was far below the other companies' bids (at least 45% lower than the highest bid); and although we didn't choose a company based on price alone, it was very nice that Donn's bid happened to be the lowest - perhaps this is because it is a family-owned company. We chose Donn because of his expertise and ease of working with him.
Donn called us several days before the window treatments were ready to schedule an install appointment. He arrived on time and as usual, was very professional, neat, and efficient. We will definitely be using Donn in the future when we buy our next home and highly recommend him to anyone else needing window treatments for their home or business.
