Ms*** has always been treated with respect and we have always appreciated her business before and after her purchase of the RVsWe remained very flexible with *** and understanding to her financial situation, until she did not
follow through with what she said she would do, which was get caught up with her storage feesWe have over storage spaces and have always been fair and reasonable with each customerWe repeatedly attempted to call her on the phone number and address that she provided on her storage agreementHer phone would not accept incoming calls and her mail was not reaching herShe would call us from a payphone (in her words) and we were not able to return her callHe received an message via facebook and we responded immediately in a professional mannerAt first she was apologetic with her late payments and she would been in to take care of the late paymentsAfter broken promises from her, we made it clear that we can not wait any longer and we need the late payments taken care of or we had not choice but to start the title processShe was very good about responding to Facebook messages, which confused us on how she could not a phone, but she was able to get on the internet and check her FacebookSince this was the only way (other than random emails) to communicate with her on a regular bases we had not choice but to become more direct and clear on what would have to happen if she did not take care of our obligationWe following the same steps as we have followed with manner other past due customersMs*** became aggressive and confrontational via Facebook, which left us with no other choice but to start the title processDuring the entire communication strain on facebook, we ask her to just take care of your obligation and stop harassing our employees
She accused us of modify her storage space by installed a post that limited her space sizeThe post that she is referring to, has been there for many yearsTo address the other customer have multiple cars/rvs in one space.....those individuals pay extra and they follow the same guidelines as we have asked her
After receiving complaint through the Revdex.com, we were floored by how she attack our employees and the fact that she never mentioned that we have always been flexible with herAn individual can only take advantage of a company for so long before they have no other choice but to draw that line and make things black and white on how things have to be done for every customer, no matter their situationWe have been in business since 1969, due to taking care of our customer and being fair and honest with each and everyone
After receiving the complaint from Ms***, we made the decision to refund her the $dollars and the request for her to remove her until from our facility within daysWe have again called her, emailed her, and sent her a certified letter on our decisionAs of 11/27/we have heard NOTHING from herThis is typical of her communication style until it becomes a crisis
Attached is a group of items the proves that we attempted to work with her and in return we were taken advantage of

I'm not sure why they keep referring to the past due storage fees as an excuse for their behaviorI mentioned that in my original complaint....that has nothing to do with itI paid that and that is overMy complaint was the rudeness and the mean hateful email I got from the owner without even talking to me first and the *** telling me that I could not park my car and my rv in the same spot...although several other spaces were filled with more than one vehicleShe did not say "Yes, you can park both of them and pay more..." She flat out told me that I couldn't do itAs you see in the above remark, they are so hateful about saying how can I use Facebook but can't get a phone? What does that have to do with anything? That is a prime example of their hatefulnessIf they ever visited their local library, they would know that the internet is freeThey keep accusing me of harassing behavior when all I did was ask specific questions and ask for specific answers in returnThey also hatefully said that they have not heard from me since they sent a letter out on the 27th of Nov and that it is so typical of me to not communicate until it is a crisis.....I have not responded because I had already reached out to the Revdex.com at this pointAm I the only one that sees how hateful and snarky they are? I just don't get itDoes the Revdex.com see that they have told me to leave the property in days because I reached out to the Revdex.com for assistance?

Sorry, but we cannot continue going back and forth with Ms***We have explained and documented our requests and concerns to the Revdex.comWhich has always been fair and well within the lawAll we want at this point is for her to remove her trailer from our facilityWe will even pay her back the $that she finally paidWe are not sure what else that she feels that we need to doWe have done everything that is required to resolve thisIt's obvious that no matter how many times we attempt to defend ourselves, we are in the wrong in her eyesWe are not holding the trailer or forcing her to leave it herShe just needs to find another place to store her trailer and all of the stress of this unfortunate situation will be gone between her and FloydsThank you

This is a dirty dirty company
They sent me an email telling me that because I reached out to the Revdex.com, I am to remove my RV from their lot by the of DecemberThey told me that they would be refunding $to me
I called yesterday, the 11th, to let them know that I will be there on the 12th (today) to pick up my RV and the refundI spoke with ***
*** said she would let *** (the main person that I have trouble with at this place) know the message and call me back if that couldn't be doneI left her my cell phone numberI told her I would be coming all the way from Yukon so please make sure everything was a go
I hadn't heard anything back so I called at 445pm and double checked with her*** said there was an envelope there with my name on it and that no one had told her that there was a problem with me coming to get the RV and the refund
I should have known they would do something dirtyI showed up this morning and the envelope did not contain my refundIt contained a note telling me they are sorry they missed me and the check is in the mail!
They could have called me and told meThey are just so dirtyI do not know what to do at this point
I am supposed to have my RV out of there by the 13th, but I don't have my refundI did not pick up the RV because they didn't do as they promisedSo what will happen to my RV? What dirty move will they make next?
No one there could talk to me about itGary, senior sales manager, was just as rudeI asked him "May I please talk to you?" He said "yeah but it won't do you any good." He coldly and shortly just kept saying "SorryCan't help ya." As if to say, "Oh well."
I have never seen a company go out of there way to be so nasty
What can I do?
