Ms. [redacted] has always been treated with respect and we have always appreciated her business before and after her purchase of the RVs. We remained very flexible with [redacted] and understanding to her financial situation, until she did not...

follow through with what she said she would do, which was get caught up with her storage fees. We have over 200 storage spaces and have always been fair and reasonable with each customer. We repeatedly attempted to call her on the phone number and address that she provided on her storage agreement. Her phone would not accept incoming calls and her mail was not reaching her. She would call us from a payphone (in her words) and we were not able to return her call. He received an message via facebook and we responded immediately in a professional manner. At first she was apologetic with her late payments and she would been in to take care of the late payments. After broken promises from her, we made it clear that we can not wait any longer and we need the late payments taken care of or we had not choice but to start the title 42 process. She was very good about responding to Facebook messages, which confused us on how she could not a phone, but she was able to get on the internet and check her Facebook. Since this was the only way (other than random emails) to communicate with her on a regular bases we had not choice but to become more direct and clear on what would have to happen if she did not take care of our obligation. We following the same steps as we have followed with manner other past due customers. Ms. [redacted] became aggressive and confrontational via Facebook, which left us with no other choice but to start the title 42 process. During the entire communication strain on facebook, we ask her to just take care of your obligation and stop harassing our employees.
She accused us of modify her storage space by installed a post that limited her space size. The post that she is referring to, has been there for many years. To address the other customer have multiple cars/rvs in one space.....those individuals pay extra and they follow the same guidelines as we have asked her.
After receiving complaint through the Revdex.com, we were floored by how she attack our employees and the fact that she never mentioned that we have always been flexible with her. An individual can only take advantage of a company for so long before they have no other choice but to draw that line and make things black and white on how things have to be done for every customer, no matter their situation. We have been in business since 1969, due to taking care of our customer and being fair and honest with each and everyone.
After receiving the complaint from Ms. [redacted], we made the decision to refund her the $90.00 dollars and the request for her to remove her until from our facility within 30 days. We have again called her, emailed her, and sent her a certified letter on our decision. As of 11/27/2015 we have heard NOTHING from her. This is typical of her communication style until it becomes a crisis.

I'm not sure why they keep referring to the past due storage fees as an excuse for their behavior. I mentioned that in my original complaint....that has nothing to do with it. I paid that and that is over. My complaint was the rudeness and the mean hateful email I got from the owner without even talking to me first and the [redacted] telling me that I could not park my car and my rv in the same spot...although several other spaces were filled with more than one vehicle. She did not say "Yes, you can park both of them and pay more..." She flat out told me that I couldn't do it. As you see in the above remark, they are so hateful about saying how can I use Facebook but can't get a phone? What does that have to do with anything? That is a prime example of their hatefulness. If they ever visited their local library, they would know that the internet is free. They keep accusing me of harassing behavior when all I did was ask specific questions and ask for specific answers in return. They also hatefully said that they have not heard from me since they sent a letter out on the 27th of Nov and that it is so typical of me to not communicate until it is a crisis.....I have not responded because I had already reached out to the Revdex.com at this point. Am I the only one that sees how hateful and snarky they are? I just don't get it. Does the Revdex.com see that they have told me to leave the property in 30 days because I reached out to the Revdex.com for assistance?

Sorry, but we cannot continue going back and forth with Ms. [redacted]. We have explained and documented our requests and concerns to the Revdex.com. Which has always been fair and well within the law. All we want at this point is for her to remove her trailer from our facility. We will even pay her back the $90.00 that she finally paid. We are not sure what else that she feels that we need to do. We have done everything that is required to resolve this. It's obvious that no matter how many times we attempt to defend ourselves, we are in the wrong in her eyes. We are not holding the trailer or forcing her to leave it her. She just needs to find another place to store her trailer and all of the stress of this unfortunate situation will be gone between her and Floyds. Thank you.

This is a dirty dirty company.
They sent me an email telling me that because I reached out to the Revdex.com, I am to remove my RV from their lot by the 13 of December. They told me that they would be refunding $90 to me.
I called yesterday, the 11th, to let them know that I will be there on the 12th (today) to pick up my RV and the refund. I spoke with [redacted].
[redacted] said she would let [redacted] (the main person that I have trouble with at this place) know the message and call me back if that couldn't be done. I left her my cell phone number. I told her I would be coming all the way from Yukon so please make sure everything was a go.
I hadn't heard anything back so I called at 445pm and double checked with her. [redacted] said there was an envelope there with my name on it and that no one had told her that there was a problem with me coming to get the RV and the refund.
I should have known they would do something dirty. I showed up this morning and the envelope did not contain my refund. It contained a note telling me they are sorry they missed me and the check is in the mail!
They could have called me and told me. They are just so dirty. I do not know what to do at this point.
I am supposed to have my RV out of there by the 13th, but I don't have my refund. I did not pick up the RV because they didn't do as they promised. So what will happen to my RV? What dirty move will they make next?
No one there could talk to me about it. Gary, senior sales manager, was just as rude. I asked him "May I please talk to you?" He said "yeah but it won't do you any good." He coldly and shortly just kept saying "Sorry. Can't help ya." As if to say, "Oh well."
I have never seen a company go out of there way to be so nasty.
