Review: Last May, 2013 I made a very substantial donation to Yellow Tag. I asked that a receipt be left when the donation was picked up. The receipt was necessary as part of an estate settlement. The receipt was not left. I phoned Yellow Tag requesting the receipt again. They said that they would send it. They did not. I phoned at least five times with the same request with the same results. The last time I called, I was told to phone the driver who does the pick-ups. I repeatedly phoned the number that they provided but there was no answering machine and no one ever answered the phone. Finally, in desperation, I wrote a letter outlining the poor service that I had received and yet again requested a receipt. Again, there was no response. My donation was valued at between $300 to $500 worth of belongings from clothing to household items. I need that receipt to close an estate.Desired Settlement: I want my receipt!!!!

Thank you for your time and effort in this matter. The owner did contact me a couple of weeks ago. He claimed that he was unaware of the problem. He apologized and sent me the receipt.
