On 12-**-I received a letter to apply for a enterview.I called the number and ask for a date.I waited for a week which no one called.(that is one of thier problems they do not call back.Also there is a problem getting someone to answer the bell)So I went to the address,I had a hard time
getting inside even when I showed the person my letter.She kept saying I did not belong there.After some argueing she said she would got to thr office and see what is going on.While she in the office a person who had enterviewed at another site (10-*-*** ***)came out walked me in the enterview room.She gave enterview meno for 1-**-at 11am.I came on 1-**-but again had a hard time getting in and when I did they I was late it was 12noon.I tried explaining what happened as well as about my vocuher was due to expire on 2-**-and would they please take in she said no and gave 2-*-11am.I when to the enterview and again could get in.I happen to a contractor who let me in.When my name was called I handed my voucher to her and she said it was expired.I tried to explaine that if she was to start to process it I go to the office for an extenion but she started to yell we have nothing for you at this complex.I fell they are not professional at and I want it know because I will longer have contact with them

We have received your customer compliant ID# [redacted] about [redacted] had an appointment scheduled with our staff on January [redacted] 2017 at 10am. He was unfortunately 2 hours late and we rescheduled him to come back on Feb [redacted] 2017 at 11am. On this day, we saw him and we collected all the information that we needed. He is now a part of the waiting list for the housing project and when they have another apartment that fits his needs, they will contact him.Please also note that this new housing project is a lottery rent up and his application will be handled like all the others, in numerical order.Thank you,[redacted]
