I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the $refund yet *** planned to mail it Wednesday May 11th (see attached screen shot of communication) As today is only Saturday, May 14th I realize the check could be in the mail...I just didn't want to prematurely close this complaint

She is correct that I did not provide an invoice immediately However, since the cost of the program is EXACTLY as listed in the detailed Cost Sheet attached it is not as if she did not know the cost The cost sheet provides all the details of what is included that she is requesting
Many people pay without an invoice since they already have the cost She is now working directly with the school in *** She also told the school that I did not provide certain information It was all there I copied and pasted to them the information that she said I did not provide She either did not bother to read what was sent to her or just likes to cause problems

I now need to find out what she did with the $400 deposit that she cashed on March 14th, Can you have her confirm that this was sent to the school? Or can she refund my money? Yes, she will receive the refund of $400.Please note as she will be working directly with the school, she cannot call on me to assist her with any questions or to resolve any problems. She has to work directly with the school in [redacted].
