This company is amazing. They fixed and adjusted my glasses purchased from another company. They are so efficient and genuine. Went back for new glasses and they picked out frames for me and I love them.
In these times of failing customer service this company stands out with an A+
This was the most positive service oriented " Go that extra mile" experience I have ever had. [redacted] greeted me and throughout the hour I was there, she was pleasantly attentive.
I was then introduced to [redacted] who listened to my concerns and needs. He suggested the best solution to my problem and it was most cost effective.
I was able to leave their beautifully decorated, most friendly office being extremely satisfied.
I would highly recommend Fluegge to anyone who is in need of eye care.
