complaint to my attentionWe investigated the facts and have followed up as described below: *** *** enrolled for several courses of education effective September He attended an initial two day classIn October he requested an amendment to his agreement to reflect his financial status and his life choicesWe have extensive records of each time he contacted us and the conversations that ensuedHe was certainly not ignoredTo the contrary, at that time we entered into an amendment with him whereby his financing agreement (with an outstanding sum of over $4,plus interest) was cancelled in its entiretyAt his request we also reduced his package to reflect his preferences for stocks rather than forex classes*** *** signed an amended agreement and we thought the matter had been settled to his satisfactionAccordingly it was a surprise to hear from your office. We had no idea, prior to your notification that he was unhappy againIf he had let us know that he had changed his intentions and that he did not want to continue with his education we would have refunded his fee soonerHowever, we care deeply about our customers experience and so we have reached out to him and have offered a complete refund for all sums paid to OTA and to the financing company, in return for cancelling his access to all education, both in classrooms and online and all free lifetime retakes*** *** has agreed to that resolution and we have sent a refund check to him todayOur student’s value the exceptional customer care and support and we have created an environment designed to support every student in realizing their fullest potential if they are willing to put in the effortHowever, we understand that for some, this is not a good fit and we respect thatWe wish *** *** well in his future endeavors and should he ever renew his interest in this education we would be delighted to welcome him backVery Best Regards, Nicola Nicola M***, General Counsel

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is more than satisfactory and has been resolved with the original total sum that I originally paid the Online Trading Academy program was entirely returned to me with your help and consideration of my complaint. I am very grateful for all of your help and efforts that were made on my behalfThe OTA organization did include a clause in the release agreement requesting that statements that were not favorable to their organization not be disclosed after the refund agreement was signedI would like to respect their request since they honored the refund agreement and were amicable in this processPlease advise if this can be followedThank you again
