The fee charged was for an inspection of his chimney and was not a down payment on work weather made it impossible to do any work and the cust became hostile at this point I recommend he find another contractor that he will be happy with as we...

have a 99 dollar service charge for all inspections of fireplaces and furnaces any repairs that are needed are above this fee and due apon completion of repairs but none were done more will they as we refuse to do any more work for him. No money has changed hands for repairs.
