I really don't recall I booked the stay besides the one that I cancelled in July since I've changed my East Coast trip plan back in JulyAnd I only booked through [redacted] and the hotel's website directly and I don't even know what are the [redacted] affiliated partnersI have booked other hotels throughout different cities in the East Coast and I have not had one issue with any of the hotelsI also don't understand how I called the Choice Hotel's customer service and the reservation about this $ [redacted] charges but none can't figure out what the charges for and why I got chargedThey both used my name, full address, phone no and email to search but they can only find the Aug reservation that I've cancelledI don't want to argue but why only your hotel has the reservation but Choice Hotel and I don'tAt the end I loss $ [redacted] and if I ever visit PEI, I will never stay at your hotel

On July 3rd at 8:25 the reservation for August 2nd was canceled with a cancellation #[redacted]. We did not receive a cancellation for August 1st reservation. We held the room for the evening based on the guarantee of the credit card as per our policy. Then proceeded to charge her credit card for a no-show room that was not cancelled. I have booked 10 other hotels throughout different cities in the East Coast and I have not had one issue with any of the hotels.
