As powder-coaters we do not disassemble or reassemble motor cycle parts, we tell the customers to take everything off for powder coating We even have a disclaimer on the ticket that they sign when they drop off the items The complaint that this person made on here is only half of the story It started when the person that the complainant used to mount his tires used a tire bar and cracked the powder on the lip of the wheel You can not use a tire bar and pry against powder coated motorcycle lips We have done hundreds of wheels and no one has ever cracked a lip with a bar, because most shops know how to handle freshly powdered wheels His tire guy would not pay to have them fixed because he said it was not his fault I told him we could fix it, but some one would have to foot some of the bill About a week later he starts to complain about the wheel weights We did not take them off, we are not a wheel/tire shop or motorcycle mechanics We tell them to take apart their stuff and we blast and coat We can not know everything about everything We serve hundreds of different industries I told the complainant that I could help on the cost of coating but the stripping process is the expensive part He did offer to buy the powder, which would be about $of materials, but in order to strip them, it would be over $in material/labor that I would have to eat So I told him to get with his tire guy, and see if he wanted to foot some of the bill Complainant continued to text my personal phone for several days and on weekends and I stopped responding I can't eat over $of cost because the tire guy used to wrong equipment to mount the tires Someone is going to have to pay a little to help cover some of the cost of stripping Ill re-coat them for free, which isn't much in powder material, but its about a hr labor process because that is a stage candy color that he had picked out Complainant made negative comments on our Facebook, gave us bad reviews, and obviously notified the Revdex.com I have all the text messages saved if y'all need them Y'all can call me if you need to Shop # is (***) [redacted]

Review: Bought a product that is commonly priced on the internet and other brick/mortar stores in the area at 34.95 as a set of 2 electronic cigarette sets with all accessories including usb and outlet charger. This company sold me an incomplete set of one battery from the set and one head unit sold separately. My card was charged $43.40. Upon realizing that I had been DUPED into buying an incomplete set for more money than the original set I requested a refund but was not issued one. I then asked for was was in the set that was not given to me and I was denied that as well.Desired Settlement: I would settle for 1 battery with 2 head units and an ac charger as was left out of my starter kit.
