I am rejecting this response because: It is unacceptable for them not to be accountable: Here is email communication prior to me reaching out to Revdex.com. We are more than willing to settle the complaint by using our insurance which is .60 cents per pound per article. It is the insurance every moving company is required to carry by law. Let us know if you like to pursue the claim and we can mail you out a check based on that. If that doesnt work, let us know so we can go ahead and close the case

I am rejecting this response because:I understand that you are saying .60/pound is customary. The quick math would be $150 for my damaged furniture. And no, I am not accepting that. If you are trying to use what you deem as customary for an insurance claim then I would much rather just go through...

going to contact Pete' Moving Service since they said they wouldre-imburse me for half of the blankets used.  What blankets?  I wascharged for 30 paper sheets and I counted 13 were used, NOT 30that Pete told me on the phone that he used on May 16, 2016.I used his moving company from May 16-May 18, 2016.Sincerely,[redacted]El Cajon, CA  [email protected](619) 536-5431

Hello,Respectfully I understand that everyone has an opinion to how things should be done. In the moving business there's 2 kind of insurance: standard- .60 cents on a pound and full value. We carry standard insurance. I've extended my grace and tried to send a license professional to take of it just to make sure it gets taken care and restored to whole as much as possible, but you have rejected that offer. We are still willing to settle up based on the coverage of our insurance which is .60 cents on a point per damaged items. Apogize for any misunderstandings.  licensed professional to take care any damages caused, but thatwas rejected. We are still willing to cover the damages thru our standard insurance, but we are not going to send anybody else to try to repair your furnitd

To whom it may pertain,Once [redacted] posted the review online, I made an attempt to contact him to resolve any issues he made of had with our company. He hung up right in the middle of our conversation. After I have called to try to communicate with him about the issue. Process of the move went as is....

We showed up on time and date requested at customers location. As we were doing our job in trying to make sure everything was packaged correctly, he repeatedly rushed our crews by saying we have to get going and try to wrap it up fast and dont worry hows it packed. He insisted we just put things in the boxes as is. We told him that we cannot guarantee safety of items if we rush packing of all items. He would not let us wrap up the TV properly as well as his other items. He repeatedly insisted we hurry and just go because he had to get going. Please help us resolve the issue because I believe he is being very unfair with us and is taking advantage of us as a small business by slandering us . We did come to a resolution which we documented via email and can show for  proof. After he received the check I sent out to him he went online and started slandering our business. Please advise in having us resolve this issue. Thanks

Apologize about any inconvenience, we always try to do our best to satisfy each customers needs. We did use all of the blankets, but we can still give you a refund for have of them. Please provide us your mailing address so we can mail you the check. Thanks

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is NOT satisfactory.  Pete's Moving Service offered me $145 for a broken flat screen TV and a busted floor lamp.  They would not cover me for more than that.  My expenses for these two items along with broken dishware and glasses was almost $900.  The Service refused to compensate me for this.  You have all the information regarding this situation.  If they were smart, they would reimburse me and others who went through the same ordeal, as a bad review costs thousands of dollars as opposed to taking responsibility for broken goods.  I want nothing more to do with this company.  Thank you.
