Review: I purchased an item from them on the 11th and today is the 14th. They say 3 day processing but my order still hasn't shipped yet. I opted for the 2 day shipping. When I contacted the business they told me it can take 4 or even 5 days to process orders due to high volume. Well all I can say is I paid for 2 day shipping and it should already be shipped it should have been shipped yesterday on 8/13. The rep I spoke to didn't even look up my order but yet proceeded to assure me my order would be shipped today...Desired Settlement: Refund of my 2 day shipping. That's all I want.

Review: I ordered from Fluid Vapes LAST week and I have not received ANY of my items ordered. All my products were listed in stock and I paid for 2 day USPS mail. I have not received anything! I have sent repeated emails, Facebook messages, and complaints on their website but have not received ANY response. I just want my products and my 2 day shipping payments returned to me!Desired Settlement: I just want my products one, and a refund for the expedited shipping I paid for!

Review: I actually have two the most important is the customer service. I order products from this web site on Saturday afternoon and opted for the $6.oo 2 business day delivery option. Today is the following Tuesday, and second business day, and the mail has past an the items are not here. I call the customer service number provided and the man who answered the phone with out even knowing my specific information tells me that the item has not been processed yet and won't be processed today. The man tells me to refer to my email which says, "Thank you for your interest in Fluid Vapes products. Your order has been received and will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt." Once I verified that and asked even as he already told me it would not be delivered today he said that it takes 3 business days, and then tells me to read his delivery options on the web site if I have a problem with delivery process I can cancel, and he now tells me he can not be on the phone longer than 5 minutes and will be hanging up on me, "Is there anything else?" I than politely re-ask if my email says 2 days it will be shipped why would it take 3. He then follow through with hanging up on me. Through out the phone conversation regardless to me being polite, he was consistently rude and sarcastic, Most importantly the call was abruptly ended without me knowing when I would receive my order.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded my $6.00 shipping cost which on the order confirmation page advertised a 2 business day delivery. Which followed with an email that said the order would be shipped and processed within 2 business days, which according to the RUDE customer service rep actually takes 3 business days.

I recently purchased 2 e cigarettes from him. For a total of $150 which was a normal price but he claimed to have all colors so I purchased a chrome and slate . Plus two batteries . I placed the order Saturday my order wasn't shipped till Tuesday with his promise of two day shipping !!! I had to call and leave a message to even get it shipped Tuesday. I never received a call back.. when items were received 8 days later neither were the right color mine was not a sealed pkg when it stated they were NEW!! They were all scratched up my husband's leaks everywhere . His battery is dead like it was used and won't even charge.. So I proceed to call him to ask for a refund or exchange no answer again so I leave a message no return call . So my husband calls same thing .. I'm highly upset that I can't even get an exchange or a answer to a phone call.. He could care less about his customers he rips you off and will not even try and resolve the issue .. so we r out $75 for my husband's plus a $10 battery and he will have to buy a tank as cheap as $40 !!! On top of that I paid for new product and it looks like its been ran over and thrown in a garbage disposal .. I could've bought used ones all day for $40 but trusted his word on his site.. my warning to anyone who purchases from him is cancel your order u will be highly dissatisfied ..
