Fluidity Fitness Reviews (4)

Is anyone aware this exercise system is the same as a system called Callanetics which was being sold in the 80's? I recently watched the infomercial for Fluidity and was shocked to see the same exercises as in the Callanetics program. The movements are nothing new the only difference I can determine is that you get a not so very portable barre if the reviews above are any indication and very poor customer service. Glad I took the time to read the reviews before deciding to purchase.

after talking to a customer service ,whom informed me I misunderstood the salesman about the return. I injured myself trying to fold up the fitness bar and pad. I fell over it and ruptured my 7th disk. My Dr. said after my surgery it would probably be 6 months before I could attempt this again. But due to how much it weighs to try and put it up every night is very difficult for a 68 year old women. It was so heavy that my son and grandson had to bring it in and set it up. On tv they make it look like it weighs 15 pounds. When I was told if I was not satisfied I could call customer service and they would send me a return label for the shipping. After calling to tell them what happened, the customer service women said so said. we don't do that. Well I will ship it back at my cost. I will not be ordering another when after my surgery .But I am still waiting for the return label. I have yet to have someone call me back. I paid 549.99 for this scam...

Review: I have been working with this company since June to get this resolved. I had returned the unopened, never used item and paid $129.97 in shipping costs. However, the following month I continue to get billed the monthly charges. I understand paying the initial $14.95 trial fee, but I could not believe the cost to ship it back. At any rate, the company is trying to tell me they never received it. After investgating with the UPS store that shipped the item, they tell me they cannot provide a record because I paid cash and the person I worked with no longer works there. I am attaching my email correspondence with the company below: Sent Tuesday 7/**/13 11:31am Hi [redacted], I really appreciate all you’ve done to help me, since this has been an absolute nightmare working with the UPS store. When I called and spoke with the manager originally, they had asked me the name of the person who shipped my order out. Of course, I did not know it-however, after I described the woman they apparently said she no longer worked there-they would not tell me why (this disturbs me very much, as I paid cash for the shipping, almost $130.00). I do not know for sure that this is related to my situation but it is highly suspect. At any rate, I cannot afford to pay for an item I returned, especially since I paid for it to be shipped back-as was required. I do not know what else to do at this point. I wanted to send this explanation in an email (as opposed to calling) so that there is a written record of what has transpired thus far if needed. It is also worth it to mention that I did not return to the item (which was UNOPENED, in original packaging, and never used) because of dissatisfaction. In fact, I was told by my physician when discussing with her that I had ordered it (after seeing the infomercial) that I could not do those particular exercises due to my [redacted] condition. So, by the time it arrived, it went right back. Again I appreciate any/all things you have done to help so far. I am looking for direction as to my next steps to resolve this matter. On May [redacted] I wrote to request a return authorization number for this purchase. I received this number ([redacted]) on May [redacted]. On Wednesday June **, I went to my local UPS store and shipped the package back (it cost me $129.95 to ship). I believed all was fine because I did not receive a charge to my back account for the month of June. However, today I received a charge for $57.14 to my VISA. Please remove this charge, as I should not be being billed as the item was returned. Thank you in advance for taking care of this matter. Finally, I think the company should advertise at point of sale that if you need to return the item, it is at your expense, at costs $130.00 to return!!!

Review: I ordered a fluidity bar back in August of 2013. I was charged $14.95 in August 2013, then in Sept. I was charged $54.44 and Oct. charged $54.37.

My credit card is still being charged $54.37 as recently as May 7 2014.

Fluidity Fitness has charged $504.28 over ten months when I was quoted a cheaper price.

I have tried to contact the company concerning this issue however, the company does not seam to take phone calls or their emails. ([email protected])

I am worried they are going to continue collecting $54.37 every month indefinitely.Desired Settlement: I would like Fluidity Fitness to refund the extra charges they made and to stop billing my credit card.
