I am rejecting this response because:
They had the opportunity to help me when I reached out many times. However, they were more than unwilling to help. The disregard to even respond to an email or answer their phone. They blamed the product malfunction on the toner which they supplied. I replaced the toner with the new one that I purchased to still have the same issue. They said to try and clean it which is where we found a broken roller in the back of the printer. If I had a way to track the timeline from when I actually plugged it in I would. I am very confident in cleaning this printer because I have 4 others that I use inside my companies everyday. Fact is product was damaged when I received it. Yes I did wait a while to use it because I purchased it ahead of time before moving to my new office. However, this does not change the fact that this "remanufactured product" was done remanufactured correctly in the first place. I own three automotive service centers and a towing company where we deal with remanufactured parts everyday and those manufacturers goes above and beyond their "industry standard" warranty. Even if it is there "industry standard" applies this company is selling a product to a consumer without having faith that the product will reach past 30days? I am terrified for anyone that has spent more than I did with this company.

the vendor. Just like before, the vendor contacted me and said they would proceed a refund, but I haven’t heard from them since…because we just had Fourth of July holiday, I thought I gave them a few days to follow-up… But, as of today, I haven’t received any refund and therefore would like to keep this complaint open. Thanks,--[redacted]

The nature of Used Printers is they don't have a steady stable availability as new items usually do. It is quite common for us to have different versions of a used printer. Like any used item there are used printers and there are really used printers with varying degrees of condition, appearance,...

blemishes and warranties. The upgraded offer to the customer was the latter I describe. It so happens we were unable to source a working Color LaserJet 2550N at any price. If it is the customer's desire to go with the advertised offer we are more than happy to back order it and ship when the printer becomes available. Please advise

I am rejecting this response because:
      I wanted to make sure that you are aware that [redacted] is NOT satisfied with the complaint [redacted].  A Matter of Fax has refused to honor the 3-year warranty that our company purchased with the copier.  We are in contact with the State of Consumer Affairs (New Jersey) [redacted] and have also been advise to contact the Hudson County Consumer Affairs (I have an sent email/left voice message) [redacted].  We are in the process of contacting legal advice on how to proceed.  If there is anything additional you need from our company please let me know, we would like to prevent any other company in the future from experiencing  the hardship we have.  Thank you again for your help!

[redacted] Is a long time customer. The shipper that drop shipped on our behalf was instructed to ship a new unit as [redacted] ordered. It it regretful that this did not happen. We want to make [redacted] whole. He has done nothing wrong and has only been reasonable. Last we left off [redacted] was going to see about getting the item ready for pick up. Once this is done we will have the printer picked up. I am sorry to [redacted] for the aggravation.Jonathan

This unit is proving to be more of a challenge than we are used to. We replaced a part that was originally sent. We are in the process of having a technician dispatched to resolve the issue. We hope this will be resolved in the coming day.

The shipping selected was for rush shipping. This is the service selected and delivered. As a good faith gesture we're electing to drop the shipping charges back to standard ground rates.If that was not an option, the return instructions were emailed to the customer, and has yet to be filled out to...

I am rejecting this response because:
I did not receive return instructions by email.  I tried to call to get a return authorization number and got no response.  I also requested return of the product because they would not work in my HP printer. I got no response.  I need an RA number and I will return the product.

The picture is from the manufacturers web page. The unit we sell is the unit as the manufacturer sells it. Which is for the base unit  with options left for the customer to choose. We show these options on our web site as options. If there was an impression that the options were included we...

sincerely apologize that was not the intent. Considering the margin we collected on the sale which was less than 10% we cannot gift any of the options as that would put us in the negative. This item was received by the customer on the 20th. They received a label and a full credit on the 4th. We don't feel the negative comment is warranted by the customer.A Label was created before the item was even returned.  Thank You
