I am the Technical Service Supervisor at Fluidmaster and have responded to Mr. [redacted] complaint on 4/30/2015 after receiving your notice on 4/28/2015. We have apologized to Mr. [redacted] and I am sending him a Complete Repair Kit which has a retail value $20.00 with the intention of exceeding his expectations considering he only wanted a few brass bolt washers.
 
In addition to this resolution, I have met with the Technical Service Team to reinforce Fluidmaster’s commitment to responding to customer issues within two business days or less.

Review: We purchased Fluidmaster water supply lines for our residential bathrooms. In July, one Fluidmaster water supply line unexpectedly burst flowing water into our bathroom; bedroom and downstairs ceiling. The supply line is properly under manufacturer's warranty. A reimbursement claim has been properly filed - Fluidmater Inc. has refused to make good on its warranty.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for damages of $841.25.

Review: I purchased two fluid master toilet rebuilt kits complete with handle to replace all parts inside and around the tank. The kit worked well except one kit was missing the rubber washers that sit between the underside of the bowl and the metal washers. The metal washer are for the bolts that hold the tank to the bowl. The missing rubber washers keep the metal washers and the porceline separated. I called 3 times and left three messages. No one returned the call. I emailed back and forth with customer service and they said 6 rubber washers were on the way. That was more than a month ago. They did not arrive.Desired Settlement: I would like the replacement parts sent next day so I can place the toilet into service.
