An oil delivery was ordered and delivered to the account of [redacted], on April 14/2016. He is a customer of ours since...

June 2014. The payment method selected for this delivery was an email money transfer. We were able to deliver prior to receiving the transfer as our policy is to charge a credit card on file for the delivery should the transfer not be received. We received an email transfer on April 15 in the amount of $[redacted]. The owners who retrieve and deposit the monies were out of town. Before they were able to do so the customer cancelled their transfer on April 20/2016. Our backup policy is to charge the credit card on file of which there were four. When the first credit card did not authorize, we charged the second card on file under the name [redacted]. We were given this credit card number by those that were living in the household. The [redacted] informs us that the name of the homeowner is [redacted], bearing the same 'family' name as was on all of the credit cards given to us. It wasn't until June 2/2016 when we heard from [redacted] stating that it was his credit card that was used. He told us that his brother lives in the house and it was his brothers delivery. We told him that the transfer was cancelled and our policy was to charged the credit card and he was mad stating that we used his card and were not given permission. Apparently, [redacted] moved away, however he did not contact us asking to remove the credit card that we had on file, plus the name for the card that were were given was [redacted], although he says he is [redacted]. We have tried to reach the named "[redacted]" who requested the oil and we have left messages for him to return our call. Inadvertently today we were able to charge another card on file owned by "[redacted]" and we have reimbursed [redacted]'s credit card for $[redacted] today.

Review: I bought a bulb in flushing home center on sep ** 2014 which cost me about 14dollars.When I bring it back home three days later when I use it the second time ,the bulb doesn't work.I went back to flushing home center to ask for a new one or refund,they said they cannot do it and they do not care if I go for complaint,they said I even can call police.When I argue with them several staffs come around me and said this is our rules,we refuse to do anything about this bulb.When I try to talk to the [redacted] they said they do not have the [redacted]'s cell phone number.The attitude of them are really so bad and this is the point make me so upset.Desired Settlement: apologize and refund cash
