Review: inshort I had placed an order for an 11 wk [redacted] to be brought to my address.I live in ny and the dog was so far away. I sent them a check for $223 for his flight and $600 for insurance, ( which was spose to cover any incident in his travel during the betweens)they happily take my money and cash it, [redacted] the [redacted], get to his flight but once hes in chicago, I recieve an email stating he has allergies(respitory problems) he doesnt seem to have his core shots and he needs an iniditional $400 for his shots, medication and ecrate.his owner assured me he has his shotsthe had hm at there facility since friday july 12 2013 so he should have been checkedand if hes being shipped he should have been checked from muzzle to snout. im then told that he has allergies, yet the insurance I paid doesnt cover him jus the health of the dog .....respoitory problems affect lung and body functions and to an 11wk puppy that can be fatle. yet im told the insurance doesnt cover it. all the clauses why he couldnt enter chicago il is beyond my control I sent them close to $1000 I want my dogDesired Settlement: I want a full return for the dog I didnt recieve

Review: A man on [redacted]l, posted an ad for puppies [redacted]. I contacted him, and he said that the puppies where free but he was located in Flordia. he stated that he knew a company fly-a-pet mb-shipping.com that shipped pets. He and the company both stated that the only fee that was to be made was 250.00 for an airline ticket that was to be paid through western union only. after the payment was made a few hours later the company sent and email asking for 1000.00 more. after getting in touch with the company they informed me that I could not get a refund on my money and they knew that the puppy needed three things before shipping but yet this company shipped the puppy and informed me of these caualities after they shipped the puppy. They shipped the puppy even though it needed a thermal crate, a health update and other things. they did not return the puppy to the owner in Flordia, [redacted]l, who clearly stated that the puppy was in good condition and had all of her vaccinations. the company is not letting us speak to anyone of authority at the company. they both where calling after one another after I requested a refund of my 250.00. [redacted] stated in text that they where down the street from each other but they called from diffrent area codes. [redacted] number is [redacted] while the fly-a-pet company number is [redacted]. I have photo evidince of all phone calls, text messages, emails, and even the ad that [redacted] posted on [redacted] They also stated that the puppy could not come into Tennessee without these three things, but the puppy was already shipped from flordia.
