resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I still take issue with the fact that it took EXACTLY 8 weeks for the manager to return my call. It also took 8 weeks and 2 days for him to hand me my refund. Every time  I called their office I received a "different" story, contradicting what they told me previously. I was always promised a return call but NEVER received one. I could not get a straight answer from anyone. They only responded after receiving pressure from your office, my credit card company and the A.G.'s office. I honestly feel they would have done nothing unless outside agencies became involved.

We booked all the way ticket, due to bad weather first flight got canceled, [redacted] made alternate arrangements to reach second flight on wards. Since then he deals directly with American airlines customer care directly to get refund for unused segment. Fly Bird Travels don't have any...

control on partial credits. Since he used his credit card for the payment. refund also must credit back to his card.  I helped him beyond my limit to resolve the issue with airlines, we made conference call with airlines TWICE in last 10 days with my self and [redacted], In the call Airline representative also mentioned they already processed the transaction back, some cards may take long time to reflect based on credit card cycle.
