Really bad experience dealing with these guysThings started off fine, but now they won't return my emails or phone calls and it looks like they're trying to screw me out of my deposit The back story is that I came into Blackfoot looking to buy a new black/grey Street Triple RThey didn't have one in stock but said they could order oneI really liked the bike so I agreedI put down a $2,deposit and we amended the contract to say the deposit was contingent on locating the bikeThis was almost a month ago now and I have yet to get a rough ETA on the bike or proof it's on its wayI've sent emails and left voice mails with their sales manager but they have not been returned Really poor experienceVery disappointed in this business and definitely won't be going back or recommending to anyone

I bought a Triumph street triple from blackfoot motosports a year ago had some problem with my front rimI talk to the service about it , got it sort out very easilyGreat customer service even better motorcyclesIf your looking to get a triumph I suggest going to blackfoot motosports
I recently had My Kawasaki Ninshipped back to Calgary from NS where I also reside,
I had lost my original registration from NS after my Alberta transfer and was having a heck of a time getting help from NS registry
What I was told was to get the original bill of sale from Blackfoot and I can do my paperwork proper
I contacted Justin *** ( B-Mgr) at Blackfoot to get this, originally he could get it dug up as it was too old
This is where Johnny *** one of their other awesome guy's in the tech department stepped in to do a old archive pull from the locked data base
Upon permission from the higher ups Johnny got me back the original Bill of sale right to the date and crossed referenced it with Justin for proper documentation !
A HUGE kudos and thanks for the above and beyond efforts of just a couple of the Blackfoot team members !!I,m back to happy motoring !
The service level has not changed since I bought this bike back in 2007, its gotten even better !

Really bad experience dealing with these guys. Things started off fine, but now they won't return my emails or phone calls and it looks like they're trying to screw me out of my deposit.
The back story is that I came into Blackfoot looking to buy a new 2015 black/grey Street Triple R. They didn't have one in stock but said they could order one. I really liked the bike so I agreed. I put down a $2,000 deposit and we amended the contract to say the deposit was contingent on locating the bike.
