I am writing in response to a case opened by a customer named *** ***The "illegal use of credit card" he is referring to is the portion of the total agreed charge amount which is charged by the airline in the form of taxes and fees
Almost all airlines require the passenger's credit card to be used for thisThe amount is not in addition to the total agreed amount to be charged, but part of the totalAll airlines have imposed taxes and fees, and we use the passengers' credit cards for all the flights we sellIn addition, Mr*** was told about this prior to the charge taking place, so he was well awareIn response to his claim that our company was unresponsive in sending him flight confirmations, I personally sent him confirmations three timesMr*** constantly harassed me about this flight for absolutely no reason at allHe always had all the confirmations for the complete booking and was being irrational for several months

1.It is illegal to pass *** another company a persons credit card for removal of moneys from that credit card
I had already paid the full amount of the fare , including taxes etcto FlyInfinite and had to use my credit card provider ,Virgin Money ,to have the $returned
This illegal use of my credit card raised my concerns about the credibility of FlyInfinite, hence
Yes, as FlyInfinite have stated, I have repeatedly requested e tickets for each of the six business class flights booked through Flyinfinite for my wife and self My understanding is this amounts to off e tickets
I have been issued with only four "e ticket?" numbers by FlyinfiniteNumbers that I have confirmed by Turkish Airlines and Thai Airlines, are not e ticket numbers generated by those airlines- but internal FlyInfinite numbers
With reference to the Swiss airline tickets , not only were there not e ticket numbers for this flight, but the bookings had not been made at the time I made this complaint- some months after I had paid for themFlyInfinite did offer an excuse that I find very difficult to acceptThe fact is that without my persistence for e tickets this booking would not have been made
The above facts are easily substantiated by emails- a complete list of which I would be happy to supply confirming that FlyInfinite have lied in their response to Revdex.com
Regardless , I seek confirmation of the bookings made and paid for through InfiniteMy understanding is this means e tickets from the airlines concerned for each of the fights ,for my wife and self - off e tickets

This customer received continued correspondence and flight confirmation on repeated occasions from me personallyI booked everything for this customer myself to his exact specifications and provided him with proof of purchase and issuance every step of the wayHe flew on the flight he agreed to and came back

I did not cancel my flight or use a different airline. in fact I had to purchase $6400 worth of tickets on the same flight that Infinite had fraudulently booked for me. It almost doesn't matter whether tickets were an error or fraud, The problem is that I had to buy two more tickets and Infinite refuses to reimburse me.
