I am a loyal customer to this company I would come every other Saturday to get my car washed , but the last time I took my car for a wash an employer broke the front emblem to my car He acknowledged his mistake and allowed me to know of the incident , with fustration I allowed the gentleman to know mistakes to do happen and that it as more of what do we do now? He offered me a free car wash on his ( expense ) he than also allowed me to know he spoke with whoever was in charge and that my emblem would be ordered The employees asked me to write my name phone number and year of car and type of car I provided that information for them and was left that my piece would be ordered as the lady told me Couple days later I got a call from a lady named " Helen " asking me for the " VIN number " of my car I also provided her with that and she allowed me to know that she was placing my order and I would be receiving a call Almost weeks later I received a call my emblem was ready to pick
