I hereby inform you that, we have not cancelled the ticket as the ticket was non refundable, I would like to bring in notice to you that the ticket was used by the passenger, However the problem come across from the airline side, This could a situation of overbooked or airline system error and airport staff mistakesWe sincerely apologize, if passenger face any problem at the airport, He called once but due high volume we unable to assist him, Even though we don,t have control over partially used ticketWe have dialed two time to customer but we have reached to his VM
