She helped me re-book the ticket, reassured me, waived their companyâs $75 re-booking fee, and said she would even help me try to get the $200 airline change fee waived. Plus, she always picked up the phone when I called -- and I called several times because I was so uptight given the emergency situation. Outstanding!
