On Friday Aug 28th Me and my boyfriend *** walked into this shop to schedule a tattoo! He asked us what we wanted , we both told him and showed him pictures! He requested a $50 deposit to hold our appointment! I asked is this just for one of us he said no this will hold both your appointments and then he said later on Send me an email to confirm ! I figured the $50 deposit was holding our appointment. On Sat we go in at 2:50 out appointment is at 3:00 he doesn’t welcome us but instead says you didn’t email me therefore I’m not doing your tattoos! Very rude! I then said we’ll just refund my $50 and we will go schedule somewhere else! He said the deposit is non refundable! And walked in the back of the shop we waited to talk to him some more but he refused to talk to us! He should not be in business I’d he makes a habit of stealing money and falling to people like there garbage
Ms. did come into the shop to schedule an appointment for the next day. A deposit was taken of $50, as I always do for appointments. This is to insure my time isn’t wasted nor supply’s, and the clients time is guaranteed. She confirmed what she wanted and we set the appointment. I told her and her boyfriend that they needed to email me what he wanted the night before and send a deposit. Neither of those happened. When they arrived, I began paper work for Ms. and she filled it out. However, after I told them I didn’t have time for her boy friend because someone else scheduled and left a deposit, they backed out. I said “you know this deposit is non-refundable?” She said yes and it was fine. The next week is when she emailed me threatening me. All clients are told verbally and written that deposits are non-refundable and required for appointments. Due to covidc ALL work is by appointment only.
I had almost $25 worth of supplies wasted because she backed out and my time slot was wasted, a slot where I could’ve scheduled something and made my full hourly rate. That’s why deposits are required and not refunded. No tattoo shop does that, and for this very reason.
Any action by her goes directly against her agreement to the appointment and deposit paid. Her appointment was honored and she decided to back out last minute. Her boy friend never emailed me as asked, not sent a deposit. So no appointment was ever established for him.

I am rejecting this response because:
He is not telling the truth! He assured me the $50 will hold both of our spots and he did not say it was mandatory to email him a picture of what my boyfriend wanted because we had already discussed that the day before! When I arrived he was rude did it say he could not see my boyfriend he started to get ready by putting things out on a table but never opened them!!!things but never openEd anything! I would like you to pull the surveillance camera that he is talking about so that you can hear our conversation that he told us my $50 would hold both spots and that he actually never said we MUST email him a pic of what we already showed him!!! Also in the survelence camera you will see he never opened anything! I never even made it to the back so if he was to open up stuff before he even started to work on me it would become contaminated he is not being honest at all! If you pull the camera you will see how rude he was to both of us! And how he is lying! I’m requesting you do an investigation on this matter please! He did not waste anything he only took my money ! Also the only threat if it’s even a threat I said to him was I will report him to Revdex.com so that nobody else becomes a victim
