of charge.Tell us why hereOn JULY 4, [redacted] came into our store and had keys copied All keys were verified and measured on our machine to exact specifications On LABOR DAY September 5, we received a call from [redacted] saying non keys worked We have a warranty on all our key work and would replace any key free of charge We still will replace any key that was incorrect if any key was incorrect free We are willing to help if [redacted] is willing to be helpedThanks and God Bless

At approximately 4:00pm 6-29-we received a call about a lost key from *** * *** on a Chevy cobalt. Myself and one other tech meet *** at her vehicle and began the process of generating a key. We preformed several methods of key generation for her particular
vehicle with no luck. The final method was to replace the ignition. This is normally is a procedure that can cost up to $but I choose to only charge *** for key generation which is approximately half the price. She was very distort and had a long way to travel home so I wanted to help her anyway I could. When the job was done I explained that her ignition was new it was our only option left that would allow her to drive her car home that night, and that we only charged for key generation, and not the extra fee that normally is involved in an ignition changeI then told *** that this was a new ignition she had a new key that did not match her doors. *** explained she had the door key at home. I told her next time she was in town we would make an extra copy of the door at no charge since a computer chip key would not be needed for the door. Later that evening on the same day I received another call from *** saying she had locked the new keys in the vehicle already being that we had just spent several hours helping her I didn't want to leave her stranded in Albuquerque so I personally unlocked her car for free that same night which is normally a cost of $89.00. That was the last I had heard from *** until Friday August 7th at 5:00pm. *** called my office saying she was having key trouble again. I explained that the shop had just closed and we would have any techs until the next morning but I would take a look and fix any issue at no charge. *** demanded I reopen my store on a Friday night and wait the several hours it would take for her to come meet me to have the car fixedI explained that this was not an option at the time due to the store being closed and our Friday after hours rush that had all our tech busy until the following day *** refused to have the free repair at are first availability and proceeded to yell and scream demanding we drop everything to help her emergency. After several minutes of *** losing her temper she said she didn't want the service. *** made it impossible to help her, I bent over backwatrds to make her happy and nothing seemed to be good enough. She is not eligible for any refund, and due to the way I was treated she is no longer welcome at our store

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I will need to know how to open this case back up. I do want a refund. When I called to have this service on June 29,at 3:I expected the service to last the life time for the car in my possession. I want to address that the amount of $was never mentioned by the businessIn fact the first amount was at $and the charge kept increasing as the work was being done, until $268.50. At 5:59pm, I called back as I was locked out of the carI had the keys with me and locked the car, with the understanding that this new key would open the car. It was then that I understood I now had two keys, one to open the car the other to start the carIf I clearly understood that in the beginning I would have had a family member deliver the extra key to me. At this time the worker of the business said he would not charge me.On August 7,at 4:10pm, he initially said he would come and will charge me $160.00, but could not get on the Air Force Base, I told him I could come to the shop as a mechanic will help me start the carHe the told me they were closed and will need to come tomorrowHe went on to say his work was only guaranteed for days. And had already helped on June 29,2015, by opening the car at no chargeI was explaining I only used the car about times after they their workAnd it already is not workingHe then hung up on meThe mechanic with me said the work has to have a longer guarantee, daysWhen I looked at the receipt it is for months. I called and scheduled for the following dayHe hang up on me again as I told him this is very incontinent for me, as I I did not know how to start the carI followed to look for another business to do the work, they charged me less then $And made the change to open the doors, start the car and open the trunk.I still feel this was a poor job. And feel a reimbursement is necessary

of charge.Tell us why here... On JULY 4, 2016 [redacted] came into our store and had 36 keys copied.  All keys were verified and measured on our machine to exact specifications.    On LABOR DAY September 5, 2016 we received a call from [redacted] saying non keys...

worked.  We have a warranty on all our key work and would replace any key free of charge.  We still will replace any key that was incorrect if any key was incorrect free.  We are willing to help if [redacted] is willing to be helped. Thanks and God Bless

[redacted] ordered keys and locks that were tested with her personally.  [redacted] had over 50 keys tested on locks many of which were not cut by our company.  Our tech tested ALL keys with [redacted] and sorted out keys that did and didn't work well in her house.  Our tech and [redacted] made sure all of OUR keys which are marked worked perfectly.  If there was an issue she wouldn't of signed our invoice and approved our work.  We were more than happy do do any warranty work for her she refused.  [redacted] was vulgar and nasty to our dispatch and is no longer welcome in our store until we receive a apology for comments she made.  She is no way entiltled to any refund.  She has already canceled the charges on her card.  Meaning she received goods and services for free.  We plan to take legal action to cover the work she ordered which will incur legal fees as stated on her invoice.

October 3, 2016 Revdex.com 7007 Jefferson St Suite A Albuquerque, NM 87109 ID # [redacted] Response to the inaccurate response of Flying Fortress Locksmith The response from Flying Fortress Locksmith is replete with inaccuracies and lies. [redacted] does not speak with "vulgarities" The Flying Locksmith Person on the phone said as an excuse days later that "his cousin Ed is a joker" But he was the one who insulted women and said he would not fix the problem unless he spoke to my husband. I NEVER use vulgarities The keys made by Flying Fortress Locksmith were so poorly made that the Key expert at Tru Value said they had been made with laser and were inaccurate and useless.. We do not have as many keys for the house that Flying Locksmith claims they tested and they are lying about testing any keys that we had. Flying Fortress Locksmith did not test any keys we already had and even the special big key they made did not work without jiggling and adjusting so it would turn. Because of the frightening responses and the "joker, cousin Ed" from Flying Fortress Locksmith we are afraid to go back there. The threat not to deal with me is irrelevant. Apparently our experience with Flying Locksmith is not unique.. The initial refusal of assistance destroyed any confidence we may have had in this company. We want to end contact with them and obtain a refund. The relationship cannot be repaired. They also did not address the second problem. They were asked to replace a dead bolt. They replaced a dead bolt and an existing new Schlage lockset. The holes and cutouts on the door and frame were already done by others. A Schlage lockset and dead bolt cost $88.71 retail plus labor. . We were charged $348.73

September 16 2016 To: Revdex.com of New Mexico In response to the offer of Flying Locksmith: Re ID '[redacted] We do not accept the response made by the business to resolve this complaint. We did not buy 36 keys from Flying Locksmith on July 4, 2016. I bought 24 keys, 12 for the house and 12 keys for the gate padlocks. The house keys do not function properly. We now do not want Flying Locksmith to do any other work on keys for our house and gates after their unprofessional and rude response to our call on Labor day. They also did not address the complaint concerning the dead bolt and lockset on another door. We were not consulted about the lock set that they installed .We only had asked for the dead bolt to be replaced, We want to remove that and the deadbolt which does not work with the keys they made.. Schlage lockset and dead bolt cost $88.71 retail. The holes and cutouts on the door and frame were already done by others..Yet we were charged $348.73 for this work. We are uncomfortable going to their premises and do not want them at our house anymore..We want our money refunded. We will return their [redacted] after the keys and cylinder are altered so they cannot function in our locks. [redacted] and [redacted] Sent via Fax 346-0696
