[redacted] and our dealership had an agreement on the price on his vehicle and the deal included $to be used on accessories at time of purchase, all weather floor mats, and $towards a finance product or protection package at time of purchase (which was later extended to be honored through 12/31/16)? [redacted] was advised that the cargo net offered through the sales department was $minus his $coupon would be $? The customer complained about the price, insisted the cargo net be thrown in, and was not interested in any other accessories? Management agreed to include the cargo net as part of the purchase at no extra cost to the customer, and the customer received the productThe customer was not promised an additional $in accessories, but it was agreed at the time that the cargo net would be thrown in at no extra charge, which was done

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:If the staff said clearly the cost of bushing replacement as one thousand nine hundred twenty dollars, I would not have agreed to replace at that timeTo me the staff said nineteen twenty and I interpreted that as $I did not receive clear breakup of the cost like labor, parts, alignment fees, disposal fees, tax etc.? My regular auto repair guy quoted only $Then I called different Toyota dealer he left a voice mail with an quote of around $including parts, labor, realignment, tax etc.Even by authorized dealer standard the cost difference is $If I subtract $for different operating margin, still there is a difference of $300.? *** *** was sent the numbers that he copy and pasted into his complaint and when he arrived everything was broken down and detailed all charges, including the destination charge of $ The customer signed a buyer's order with all of this, including the out-the-door total It was the
next day the customer returned and disputed the charge A Sales Manager (not the General Manager) pointed out everything that was discussed the day before, and eventually agreed to split the cost of this charge as a mutual miscommunication in part due to the customer's dyslexia, which the customer said caused him not to understand the charge The customer was satisfied with this result Weeks later, the customer began writing that he wanted the full $remainder refunded After some back and forth, the General Manager agreed to refund the remainder $and the customer agreed this would end any further dissatisfaction
