PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - DO NOT USE!
In 2015 I converted from oil to gas and used Flynn Aire who also installed a water tank that is ran by gas.

In 2016, I had a gas leak in my house I call Flynn Aire's emergency number several times and never received a call back so I had to hire and pay for a plumber to fix the issues. I was told by that plumber that the connections from the furnace to the water heater, during the installation, wasn't connected correctly and I had a slow gas leak going on for a while.

Now in 2020 I had another gas leak. National Grid was called and found one leak, but they shut off my gas immediately because he said there was definitely more leaks and that we needed to hire a plumber to do an air pressure test to see where the other ones were coming from. The plumber told me that I had 3 separate gas leaks that came from the new pipes installed in my home that was the result of the installation. The sealant used during the installation was no good and was wearing off.
After the issue was fixed, I contacted Flynn Aire because I wanted them to reimburse me for the plumbing costs since this was the result of their work. I requested to speak with the owner, Bob Hansen, several times, who would not return my calls, instead he had the their manager Matt intervene the calls and said that they would not reimburse us for work that was done by a plumber and that I should have called them first.

I explained to Matt, that before I hired the plumber, I didn't know that the as leak was because of the shabby work they did and they still refused to help with the bill. I did not request that the whole bill be paid but at least half.

I don't think that after 5 years I should be having these issues and the sad part is that they don't back up their work. Like the saying goes - you get what you pay for.

PLEASE DO NOT USE - They put my family in a very dangerous situation last week and I don't want I anyone to be in this situation

Review: My business relocated from one store in ths shopping center to another. The day after moving in, I noticed an issue with the air in the front of the store is almost non-existent while the rear of the store is cold. I have an air conditioning contract with Flynn Aire. I called and advised them I had moved and need to schedule a maintenance at the new location. There seems to be a problem with the air circulating correctly. A date was scheduled for June [redacted]. On that date Flynn Aire called & cancelled citing two techs out & they couldnt get to use. They rescheduled for the following Wednesday, July [redacted]. Meanwhile, women are working out in an environment that reached 80 degrees. The service tech did arrive on July [redacted] to analysis the unit. My manager explained what the problem was & the solution her brother (whose a contractor) indicated. The tech called back & forth to Flynn Aire several times with questions about our type of unit. It didnot seem as if he was confident in his determination of the problem. When he wrote up the report, he wrote exactly what my manager told him the problem was when he arrived. We were told we needed a part. No one called to let us know how long the part would take. When we called July [redacted], a customer service rep was very nasty to us and hung up. After calling again on July [redacted], we were told it wasn't a part we need but duct modification. A date for July ** was set btwn 11-1pm. I closed Curves in anticipation of the repair. No one arrived by 1:30 so we called again. The techs were still at the 1st job but should be there shortly. We called again at 4:10pm & was told it's a 2 man job and a 2nd tech was being located but they'd call us. By 9:30pm I left the store disgusted. I called again Sat 7/** & left a message with the answering service. No one has called to date.Desired Settlement: Next week we are going to experience a heat wave. Curves is an excercise facility for older women. Lack of air conditioning while exerting themselves poses a true health concern. A few have already said they will return when the air returns. One lady almost passed out and left the second time when she began to overheat. On a busy Monday, attendance can reach 120 members. I MUST have a stable exercise enviroment to avoid a potentially dangerous health issue.
