I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 Dear Luana,I sincerely appreciate your efforts resolve this situation, but you've missed the point.I enjoy your product, and I sincerely advocate for you and Flyweel's systems, but you, collectively, HAVE GOT to get your stuff together.I do NOT care that my 5 class pass expired before I could use them all. Life gets busy. So be it. I didn't get to use them all. I knew that was the case.However, I DO care when I THINK I have PURCHASED a deal, which I THINK will be honored - the two-for-one-deal after the fact, only to learn that it WON’T. That is a huge bummer, and is deceptive advertising, even if it was unintentional and you PERSONALLY had nothing to do with it.  It's an even bigger bummer when it's clear that your advertisement doesn't sync with reality, and you reinforce that in your customer service protocol.  When in doubt give your customers the benefit of the doubt, or you just look like jerks. For real. I have faith that you guys are good at Flywheel, but y'all need to get your stuff together if you are going to respect your customers. In some ways you have it ALL together, but on the digital front - which I know is complicated and annoying - y'all need to get this stuff together in order to have a product that will stand the test of time. Deceptive advertising through email is HORRIBLE, and will undermine your integrity as a company. So, well, I challenge you to treat ME with respect, and refund me my original purchase for the class I THOUGHT I was getting a two-for-one deal for. Because it's really not good when stuff goes awfully awry and the customer service rep seems to not really care at all. It RELLLY undermines your credibility as a business in the long-run.Your product is NOT BAD, but if you will stand the test of time you need to get your customer service suff up to snuff. For real. Don’t hold it against your mangers in the field if they’re trying to make up for the insufficiencies of your website/digital teams. For. Real. Best, [redacted]DO IT GOOD.
