Customer 1st came in complaining of the heat mode door not workingHe asked us if we could fix it and I told him we could do the workIt turned out he needed the whole a/c box from the dealer and the mode door actuator because mode door was stripped of teethWe replaced the box and the actuator to find he had a problem with the head unit (that's why teeth stripped)He came back times saying the mode door actuator wasn't working we replaced them thru out warranty with a factory partHe still had problems with the mode door actuator and found the a/c head unit was over powering the actuatorWe told customer it needed to go to the dealer for reprogramming and customer took vehicle to the dealerhe then was told it needed another head unit and actuator so customer brought us a head unit and we again warranted the actuator and the head unit which didn't fix the problem which we didn't charge labor for these partsI have to send customer back to dealer again because I do not have the ford reprogramming equipmentIn my opinion the dealer steered him in wrong direction by not properly diagnosing the problem

He still had problems with the mode door actuator and found the a/c head unit was over powering the actuator.
