To Whom it May Concern,The customer didn't inform the office when he called for service nor the technication that repaired the garage door that the parts are within the warranty period. After 6 month of the service we were contacted by the customer's father about the warranty. Since the customer... couldn't provide the warranty receipt, Doors in motion secretary was able to locate the original invoice and the customer was refunded for the parts that was under warranty.
