Thank you for your response.  In light of the fact that both of my [redacted] straighteners broke after just a months, I am not willing to invest additional money in this product (your offer of $39.95 for the replacement, plus shipping costs for me).  I disagree with your statement that offering a 2 year warranty on replacement products would make products have lifetime warranties.  If you create products durable enough to last beyond the 2-year mark, then the warranties will end after 24 months, as you have intended them to.  Your 2 year warranty is on NEW products; while my second [redacted] straightener may have been a replacement, it was, nonetheless, a brand new product; therefore, I cannot understand why it would not be covered under warranty.As I mentioned in my previous letter, I thought that my [redacted] straighteners were great products while they were working. Unfortunately, neither straightener lasted very long; I am hopeful that this is simply a case of bad luck, and not indicative of how your other [redacted] products function. Therefore, I am still requesting that you honor your warranty replacement offer on my straightener.These days, the influence of social media is immense.  I will not hesitate to either commend [redacted]'s excellent customer service, or to publicly condemn the durability of [redacted] products on [redacted] and [redacted].Thank you.[redacted]

We have no way of knowing conclusively that the [redacted] claims was even caused by our appliance. She purchased the 6000i dryer. She agreed to exchange it for a different model, however, before that shipped out she changed her mind and wanted her original...

dryer back. So we taped up her package and refused it. She felt this was taking too long to get back to her. We sent another 6000i to her via 2-day shipment and told her she could keep both dryers. If [redacted] wants a refund, we will refund her, however, she would need to return both dryers.

As stated in my previous response, your website and the product's box state that new [redacted] products are covered under a 2 year warranty. Being as my straightener is a new item (not refurbished), it should be covered for two years, regardless of if it is a replacement or not.  Where does it state that replacement items are not covered under your two year warranty?  I am still hopeful that you will stand by your commitment to provide good customer service and durable, quality products (which last more than just a few months), by providing me a replacement straightener at no cost to me.Thank you,[redacted]

[redacted] purchased her item 9/*/12 and it came with a 2 year warranty which expired 9/*/14. Again, I have the same response to the customer. Our 2 year warranty begins the day the item is originally purchased and ends 2 years later. The warranty replacement we sent to her does not entitle her to another 2 year warranty. As I told the customer when I spoke to her on April [redacted], I am happy to give her one last warranty replacement and the charge for this would be $39.95.
