Mrs [redacted] had a particular credit challenge situation and my finance team spent several days in securing a lender to lend her an auto loanThe term of the loan, the down payment and the vehicle price point was strictly and only dictated by the lenderAnd we thoroughly explained that to Mrs [redacted] due to her credit history and situationWe also discounted the vehicle per the bank's requirement but there are still sales taxes, registration and other fees that are added to the final totalWe would be willing to get a new key ordered and programmed for Mrs ***And if for some reason she is not still satisfied with the entire transaction, although it is past our return policy, I would be willing to let her return the vehicle She can contact the GM of the store directlyThank you and regards, [redacted] Durrani

Berlin City has been in business for over 20yrsWe are dealer-rater's top Dealer award winning dealership for Customer satisfaction is very important to us as we have thousands of satisfied customers from Maine to Vermont to New York and beyondWe have tried to work with Miss [redacted] even though her original contract was returned due to the lender disputing the information she had provided usShe drove our vehicle for almost months without making any payments on itAnd when finally reached she became very difficult to work with There is absolutely no need to be disrespectful towards my hard working employees especially since we didn't get paid on her purchase for almost monthsWhen we were finally able to open up line of communication via Miss [redacted] 's relative as she stopped communicating with us even though it was due to her situation that the lender would not give her a loanI did personally agree to all of the terms that Miss [redacted] 's family wantedAnd waited patiently to get paid on a vehicle that was being used by Miss [redacted] Once everything was finalized, Miss [redacted] received a fantastic vehicle and negotiated a great dealNo where in ANY conversation with her family was ever a mention of changes in the vehicle and or her dissatisfaction with the vehicle or a keyIt was always about her loan and receiving a better financial dealWe do not promise our customers extra keys with pre-owned vehiclesWe never told her that she would receive oneWe do go beyond the norm for our customers that are willing to work with usMiss [redacted] has not been willing to work with us instead she has gone out of her way to put excessive blame on Berlin CityA good customer client relationship requires both parties to work together courteously She received her vehicle with all required items including a keyWe wish Miss [redacted] the best

I want to apologize for the unsatisfactory experience you had at Berlin City KiaIt is never our intent to have a customer leaving feeling less than excited about doing business with usOur intent was to deliver the vehicle you wanted, at the payment you requestedWe were unable to
do this and I apologizeAs far as the complaint against our businessUnfortunately,we do not have control over the lenders and the credit bureausThe *** Credit bureau we pulled, showed a much lower score than the one your credit union usedIt limited the flexibility we had with the lendersWe have the same goal when you come to buy a vehicle, and that is for you to purchase and service a vehicle with usIt wouldn't benefit us in any way for you to leave and not buy a car from usIf you would like to review your information in person, I am at the dealership almost everyday but SundaysAgain, I am sorry for your poor experience and would like to work with you again in the future

even though her original contract was returned due to the lender disputing the information she had provided us. She drove our vehicle for almost 2 months without making any payments on it. And when finally reached she became very difficult to work with.  There is absolutely no need to be disrespectful towards my hard working employees especially since we didn't get paid on her purchase for almost 2 months. Once everything was finalized, Miss [redacted] received a fantastic vehicle and negotiated a great deal. No where in ANY conversation with her family was ever a mention of changes in the vehicle and or her dissatisfaction with the vehicle or a key. It was always about her loan and receiving a better financial deal. We do not promise our customers extra keys with pre-owned vehicles. We never told her that she would receive one. We do go beyond the norm for our customers that are willing to work with us. Miss [redacted] has not been willing to work with us instead she has gone out of her way to put excessive blame on Berlin City. A good customer client relationship requires both parties to work together courteously.  She received her vehicle with all required items including a key. We wish Miss [redacted] the best.
