Horrible, Horrible customer service and owner attitude
I ordered bars and was sent the wrong size and finish. Was told owner was putting a rush on replacements and would send me a return label. I had to contact them back 5 days later and then I was emailed a return label. Next part I'm only mentioning because it will be owners response to cover his blunder. Was told to schedule a pickup, not to take them to post office. I scheduled a pickup and the guy never showed. Had my girlfriend wait all day on her day off. So I took them to the post office the next day. Post office went by my house the following day seeking more shipping. Anyway, after three visits to two post offices I was able to retrieve the bars. Owner was bent out of shape because he was out those $35 dollars. Didn't want to do anything more. Kept blaming me for his blunder, for not following instructions. This is what he said " I made and shipped the wrong height bar so to take care of you I spent cash for a return label and made the correct size bar that is sitting in the shipping room I'm out money now because you did not follow the instructions you could of left the box on your porch..." Leave the box on the porch? Then if it gets swiped, he would send new bars, yeah right. He says he was taking care of me by sending a label? No he was taking care of his mistake, his error. I didn't follow instruction? No, clearly he did not follow instructions or I wouldn't have received the wrong size bars with the wrong finish to begin with. Now I have to spend $230 for new cables because the ones I purchased for the bars I ordered won't fit the taller bars he sent. So he's all bent out of shape and won’t do anything more because he spent $35, yet to him it seems perfectly fine that I have to spend another $230 because he screwed up. I told him, as a business owner, sometimes you need to bite the bullet and take the loss on a deal. Not this, guy. It's the customer who takes the loss for his blunder.

Terrible Experience
I ordered a set of bars two weeks ago and was told they would ship in 3-5 days.
Two weeks went by and I haven’t received shipping information so I called the shop. The owner text me back and told me they would ship Monday.
Monday came and went so Tuesday I text him back and and asked if maybe the shipping confirmation got lost again. This guy flew off the handle and proceeded to throw the biggest hissy fit I’ve have ever seen.
Long story short he told me I would never own a set of his bars and all I deserved to have are “China bars” and he was refunding my money.
I would not recommend dealing with this man, he is very unstable.

I own an aftermarket motorcycle shop. I have ordered bars from FMB in the past and was very happy with the customer service and quality of their product. I recently ordered Phatty Mercs for a 2018 Road Glide and was sent Meathooks instead. I contacted FMB and explained the problem. After looking into it, the owner admitted their mistake and not only are they expediting my order, they told me to keep the bars they sent as well at no charge even though I offered to send them back. What company does this these days? FMB Choppers, that's who!

I purchase motorcycle handle bars from this business on May 4 2015. They arrived with one side longer than the other.

When contacted the owner [redacted] was rude, condensenting and very unprofessional and used profanity.

He finally agreed to make handle bars again, 10 day's later he advised he had made them wrong again. I voiced my unhappiness about this by email.

He called me and cussed me out using F bombs and called me a SOB and hung up. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the original $300.00 charge.

I would advise every one to avoid this business, there are better places to spend your money.

Very rude customer service, no product received, no refuind received. Said refund sent back and bank said nothing has been refunded! I was told handlebars would be here in a week. Nearly 3 weeks have passed and nothing. I contacted them and they said they made the wrong ones and new ones had to be made. Then later said that the powdercoater was broke down and them later said he had a root canal so he was having a bad day and just did not want my business and I was refunded. I NEVER seen a refund and my bank says nothng has came through. Told me he did not trust me to send proper bars I wanted outand that he could not send pictures of the bars or pictures of my refud. Totally rude and customer service was very disheartening! He has used my money for weeks and never given me a product or a refund that is FRAUD and using my money to generate revenue and interest for a product NEVER received. He harassed me with names and comments that were very rude and condesending and I have the texts to prove this!Desired SettlementI want my bars sent to me like I ordered! I told her we could do it in 7 days because we had bars going to powdercoat that day and we could get them done before we left, after making her bars she contacted us and said she wanted to change the order to a 10 inch rise, which means her bars would not go to powdercoat until the following week. On may 11th she contacted Fmb choppers asking where her bars were, I explained to her they were done and at powder coat and would ship tomorrow and that the extra delay was caused by [redacted] moving to a new location and being down and backed up. I told her she could call them to verify that. Instead of being like 99.9% of my customers and saying oh great send me the tracking tomorrow, she decided to complain and via text asked for a refund and for me to ship the bars out for free and then switched it to she missed a appointment to have her bars installed and wanted to be compensated for almost half the cost of the bars. I responded with I do not wish to do business with you and refunded her the full amount. That should be the end of the story, but soon after I received dozens of texts saying I was lying and that I never refunded her, to if she pays again can they ship tomorrow to the final one that really pissed me off ,saying If I shipped the bars (basically for free) she would not file a complaint with The Revdex.com and that [redacted]. Nothing puts you in a better mood than black mail, I texted her a picture of the refund transaction and the refund transaction id Transaction ID # [redacted] and asked her can we please be done with it. I guess the women has allot of extra time on her hands.Consumer Response Great cover and it's your story, you had three excuses and on top of that poor customer service and extremely rude tact. Dear Sir or Madam,Our company - [redacted] from [redacted] - purchased motorcycle parts from FMB CHOPPER PARTS .Unfortunately, months had passed since we made full payment (including shipping cost) for the order and have difficulties solving the problem about one item - Ultima EL BRUTO 113ci polished complete motor - with [redacted] whom we were in contact with from FMB. On 10/29/2013 we received a parcel from FMB which arrived with the original invoice and which we payed all duty fees etc for. It contained our order except for one item, an Ultima EL BRUTO 113ci polished complete motor was missing. [redacted] filed a false document with the parcel and our company was charged for 1312 Euro for duty fees - problem #1Immidiately, we contacted [redacted]. He promised he will ship the motor very soon. Weeks had passed and after recieving numerous reasons from him for the delays we asked him to ship the item only to [redacted] Fl XXXXX. At this point we were willing to pay for the shipping cost to overseas because we were running out of time. Our company was booked to participate at the [redacted] building world championship on March 21-23. 2014. [redacted] - problem #2 The motor finally arrived in [redacted] ) What they have received was a used, oil leaking motor, MSO and warranty was not included - problem #3. The shipping company had banned the motor from further shipping. They still have the motor on file in their storage to hold as our proof. Couple of weeks ego our company sent an email to FMB in reference to this item. We never received an answer. We would like to ask for your help in this matter. Preferably, we would like FMB to send our motor. Also, we would like to ask [redacted] to have FMB to be removed from its dealers list.
