Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI wish I did not have to get to this , but I have been calling and complaining about this issue Regardless of my usage does not pertain to the company I feel like they are monitoring my account U pay for mbs signed a legal contract with them I am satisfied with what is going on I myself will monitor my speed as well If I feel they are adjusting my speeds I will contact the company for further assistance But if I feel that the problem is occuring and as a consumer I do have rights I will contact the Revdex.com again Sincerely, [redacted]

I apologize for the delay in my responseI was waiting for my technicians to investigate the issue and come up with answers for me and for a resolutionMy understanding from what my technicians found from the results of their investigation is that their was a high amount of data usage on that
particular radio sector serving that customerWe calculate the number of customers that we can place on each radio sector by looking at the average usage per customerIn this case there was a particular customer with very high usage, and since the evening hours are when the most usage occurs it resulted in not enough bandwidth to satisfy everyone's needsThe resolution that we have put into place was to readjust our radio sectors and place an additional radio sector pointing in the direction of this particular customer which should satisfy his high usage requirementsThis solution has been in place for several days now and we will be monitoring the usage of this new radioto make sure it satisfies the customers needs. We do not throttle customers in any way, but sometimes situations like this will occur and we have to adjust things accordingly.Sincerely,Dan G*** General Manager Farmers Mutual Telephone Company

U pay for 20 mbs signed a legal contract with them . I am satisfied with what is going on . I myself will monitor my speed as well . If I feel they are adjusting my speeds . I will contact the company for further assistance.  But if I feel that the problem is occuring and as a consumer I do have rights . I will contact the Revdex.com again .
