To whom it may concern,
My name is Luis E, About six months ago I opened an account with FNCB, A local branch. My objective was to transfer my personal account, all my side and checking accounts, stocks, kids colleges savings and do all my complete business practices with this bank from another well-known bank.
During my trial, 'A Wait And See Period' Before the actual transition and all my transfers, I deposited a minimal amount to get an actual first-hand experience of all their services and full business practices.

Horrible practices no (Customer is always right) None whatsoever. Look, I can understand being it's an actual Bank how correct they have to be. But at the end of the day, everyone is human and banks are run by humans so yes (Banks Make Mistakes Too).
But how about considering what your customers are saying? Are FNCB Employee's even allowed by FNCB To even consider, listening to all your customer's matters and actual opinions or open disputes?
( Why not prevent or avoid all this? )
I am disgusted with this bank practices. Is this the way they train their employees to just pass down and force Bank Fees with absolutely NO REVERSAL Even if it's the bank's error? They shouldn't be in business.
Another thing, You can 'FORGET ABOUT EVEN CALLING' Them with any of your issue or concerns. But even being face to face in actual person is also an issue. While even in front of this banks employee trying to get your message across, as you're talking to have someone over-talk you is a serious issue with any customer.
WAKE-UP CORPORATE, FNCB S[redacted]...
This is all happening with your bank institution, Under your own noses then not with only just one individual but several of your employees.
(My Experience with them) It's more like a 'PASS THE BUCK'
Then bring out a uncompassionate, serious, [redacted] Drill Sergeant and then No-Smiles, REALLY?
( Look, If you're going to screw over your own customers -
"DO IT AT LEAST WITH A SMILE!" )
OMG, This is an actual bank? I will say this much, Your bank is really good and excels in...
'Not caring and then totally focussed to embarrass or intimidate you 'YESS THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS' Into dropping your own concerns.
(As they tried so So Hard to make me feel the first time) Yess It was an FNCB Branch error the first time. Charging me wrong bogus fee's on their own mistakes, faults, and system errors.'
Then like that wasn't enough, after a horrible enough experience, After the bank itself realizing it was 100% FNCB BANK Errors. While finally starting to correct some of these issues on hand and mistakes which they themselves caused, Later causing me series of domino effects of Over Charges, Many in question...
(Four to be exact @ $35.00 Each)
Even after they knew, accepted, and knowing it was their own branch or systems error, They had the ability to reverse
'ONLY ONE OVERCHARGE', Leaving me to (Pay, Lose Money) or anyone else to bite the bullet for the other three charges. Period with no exceptions...
- MY MISTAKE WAS ACCEPTING & PAYING FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES THE FIRST TIME -
I believe it's not the employee's fault, I believe it's FNCB Law, They have NO CHOICE But to follow rules.

Same exact experience but was easily corrected. I feel with this bank, If you DO NOT CATCH IT Or see it beforehand or accepting and taking in all the abuse, You will end up paying for unnecessary bogus fees.

OMG, The same exactly experience as my very first, I give up with FNCB, this institution gets a "-0 Zero" In my book. In all honesty at the end of the day, It's not all about the money. It's totally about the abuse, aggravation the rude peoples/workers it just makes you feel horrible, so uncomfortable. Just so uneasy when your being taken advantage of when you put all your trust in a company and all they do is just [redacted] on you.
P.S. Third time in question is totally their own computer error, as acknowledged as well.
"AGAIN ALL MONIES LOST" No reversal.
