Review: I purchased a dress from this on-line company. There website states the merchandise usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days. It was for a special event and the dress did not come in time. I contacted the company via email and they stated they would send a refund.30 days has passed and I have not received the dress or the refund. At first, they were communicating with me stating "the order was delayed because of Chinese New Year", next it was the refund was processed and it must be the banks delay etc. etc.They have stopped all communication and are not responding to my numerous emails.I would not purchase ANYTHING from this company. Even though they claim to be in the United States (I asked them directly); I believe they are in China.Desired Settlement: I prefer a FULL refund but if that is not possible, at least send me the dress!
