Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2015/11/05) */
This lady never turned in an application so there is no way I could ever rent to her because she was never approvedShe neglected to say that she was pregnant with another child and after she has the third one she would be above occupancy in
that apartmentI cannot lease to her because she will be over occupying the apartment

To Whom It May Concern: Ms. [redacted]’s first allegation that “something was stolen from me” was her marijuana stash and it is an unsubstantiated claim and was never proven because our maintenance crew did not steal anything. That started her paranoia with us. We agreed to take her looks off being...

“mastered” so no one has a key (but she was given the key to someone else that let me in to do the work!) and we also agreed to her other stipulation that one of the owners (myself & partner) would make arrangements with her to go in ourselves and do the work. We have done all her work orders within 24 hours. I have personally checked her tub and it is draining—and has been draining, however, I ordered a new stopper. I have also temporarily fixed her kitchen drawer & ordered new kitchen hardware for it. As far as not accepting her calls, or refusing her calls we have an answering system that all our residents are getting acclimated to and she is no exception. There is a maintenance extension and an emergency extension that we check all the time. IF a work order message is left, we respond by doing the work that needs to be done. Most work orders are completed within 24 hours unless parts needed to be ordered. The only unprofessional thing that we have done, is bent to her every whim to make her happy. The fact that my partner and myself are doing maintenance orders for her ourselves is proof of that. However, we are not willing to release her from her lease and the “proper notice” to move out is a “written notice”, a month in advance, on/or before the first of the month that the move-out occurs (30 days’ notice)—not just a phone call. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 314-403-4252—for [redacted] ext [redacted] or for [redacted] ext [redacted]. Sincerely, [redacted]
