I ordered 20,pieces of 2'' diameter polyethylene cylinders and received 1-7/8'' diameter cylinders This item is not listed on their Tolerance Table whatsoever yet they cite their "Machine-Cut" tolerance policy as the reason they will not fix this issue The cylinders were "Machine-cut" in the length dimension (not the diameter of the cylinders) The policy clearly states "Note that each tolerance is respective to an individual dimension of the product, not a total sum of all dimensions." The dimension I am disputing is not the "Machine-cut" dimension, but the diameter of the cylinders These were advertised as exactly 2'' on the product description, and once again, were not listed as having any tolerances in the Tolerance Table

I purchased a full size memory foam mattress from this company on-line. They have various types available depending on what type of feel you like. I emailed the company with my weight, my sleeping style, and what I'm accustomed to sleeping on. They recommended a mattress with 3" of 5 LB Emory foam on a std base. I placed the order on 9-30-16 and it arrived a few days later. It is so soft and cheap, my neck and back hurt very much. I can't sleep on it anymore. I emailed them with my problem today on 10-18-16 and was told them are no returns, and only offered to sell me another layer of firmer foam after I brought it up as a possible solution. THey did not respond to my follow-up email. I should not have to pay for a fix for their recommendation. There is a return policy listed on their website. Yet, when I called, I was told there are NO RETURNS.
