I am rejecting this response because:
I did receive the latest receipt from the company but I have never once been contacted by them or received any correspondence with them since the installation of the foam.  I have tried to contact [redacted] multiple times by phone and email as well as tried calling the office but I have never received a response.  The office has my phone number as well as my address.  I have still not received the certificate promised to me by [redacted] for tax purposes.
